I have purchased The Olive and The Grape's vinegars & oils when they had a Kamm's Corner's location…read moreand then at the Westside Market and wow! Great to have in as staples in your cooking and awesome gifts. These are excellent products and how great to have these right here in Cleveland. But sadly, it really doesn't matter what you sell if your customer service is dismal. Despite great products you might as well NOT buy these unless you want that to be a 1-time experience because after that you will *NEVER AGAIN* be able to get them. The Westside Market inventory is very limited and the clerk there clearly is neither invested in the product or knowledgeable. The answer always is to stop my next time or the next week but the next week nothing will have changed -- same limited inventory, same lack of explanation. My most recent visit he told me I should call the Mentor store or email them to get the product at Westside Market. But guess what -- emails to the website are *never* answered. Calls to the store during the hours listed on the website, *no one ever answers* and when you leave a voice mail you will *never* get a response. The website does say they now have an online store but most of their products are not listed and the *website is non-functional* -- links do not work and you cannot order products. So there you have it! This is a business that has missed out on the very basic tenets of running a successful business -- valuing your customers new and repeat. It's looking to me that this is a business looking to file for bankruptcy in the near future because if you can't provide the product you sell then really, do you have a viable business? If you can't maintain your customers who want to buy your product then do you have a viable business? Rhetorical questions. Seriously. Rhetorical. I wish I could say "run, don't walk and buy these great products" but instead let's go with, "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me" (never mind that I've been fooled many more times than twice!) Bottom Line: Don't bother with this business -- find another locally owned business to give your support and your money. The End -- and it isn't a happy ending. REST IN PEACE, The Olive and The Grape.

I will say the service was very slow, especially considering it was a Monday and hardly anyone else there - but I do acknowledge that they are a from scratch kitchen, so it makes sense. I will also say the portion sizes are a little small, but we all enjoyed our meals!

"Hook and Hoof" has been in downtown Willoughby for quite a while so they must be doing something right. And the fact that there aren't that many high level dining establishments in the Willoughby area helps. The first thing I noticed was the facility is very narrow which lends to a crowded feel. And all you need is one overly boisterous table (which was right next to us) and the noise level can be overwhelming. The server we had for the evening was very pleasant. She did a good job being timely with everything. But, it was odd that she often did not listen to an entire request (or maybe just couldn't hear) before walking away. There were a couple of requests for simple standard items that she wasn't even sure they had. I just found it odd. The food however was excellent. The kitchen staff did an exemplary job all night. I had a marvelous cocktail from the well stocked bar. And my double cut pork chop was fantastic. So full of flavor, juicy, cooked exactly as I requested. The sides that accompanied it were just tender enough without being mushy. And my banana cream pie was great. Overall, I give "Hook and Hoof" a solid 4. I definitely can see us going back. They deserve another try. You should give them a try and see for yourself.

She wanted to see if the pizza was the same as she remembered. She really enjoyed the pizza and said it brought back great memories. I ordered the marinara with cavatelli and had a cup of the wedding soup. Both were delicious! My husband had the cheese tortellini with spicy cream sauce. It was really really good. The spicy was perfect. There was a steady stream of people coming in to get take out pizza. Great to have a nice pizza place in downtown Willoughby. Our server TJ was helpful. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because of the check out process and overcharging. We were told to pay up front on the way out. We weren't presented a bill. I paid it and left. I did ask for a receipt (yes, I balance to my credit card statement ). We were charged for 3 beverages ( we had two iced teas and one water). Additionally, we were charged $ 2.50 versus $ 2.00 for the cavatelli. Paying, an additional $3.25 than what we should've been charged isn't the end of the world, but please check what you're charged before swiping your payment.

Ordered several apps and that was fine. Ordered 3 pizzas and took over an hour to get them! We only got one round of drinks. We had to ask multiple times for a second round. 1 family was there when we initially went/ordered. After that the place filled up. No one got drinks or food either though. 4 kids were "working"--the one looked like he was 10! The main thing was that we found hair in our food! The one kid told us they'd give us our pizza 50% off. When we paid no one knew about that so they gave us a card for a free pizza. Seriously?! We picked this place because it was a family owned place.
