The restaurants really anchor the Shops at Harper's Point, with Dewey's Pizza and Johnny Chan 2 Chinese Restaurant leading the way. Dewey's is really great and is one of their larger locations, Johnny Chan 2 is a high-quality Chinese restaurant, while there is also the fairly good deSha's American Tavern, the Servatii Pastry Shop & Deli, and some fresh eatin' at Subway. Overall, I've never thought the Shops at Harper's Point to be that great, but they have a lot of retail and service shops, and the restaurants and Blockbuster are really good. My fiancé was standing behind me and asked if we were in a store because we both were equally confused on why she acted like we weren't welcome and her response was yes but that she wasn't sure if we needed something specific. I'm not sure if she was racist or just plain rude but we turned around and walked out. While he and I stood out on the street corner she continued to peek out the window and stare. I would absolutely never spend a dime in this store.
