To me her presence was a value added bonus not always present and these type of businesses. The scheduling is so easy to do. I did mine on line but they also have to option to call which is what my wife did for her vehicle. They not only called me the day before to confirm but also sent a text. I had my whole vehicle done with ceramic tint. This is seriously the way to go since reflects 98% of the heat and UV rays which protects your interior. I waited on site for my vehicle which was about 3 hours due to whole vehicle. They seriously have it set up for pretty much every aspect of an individual waiting. There is a snack and coffee area and 3 different waiting options along with wifi. The overall value when adding everything together lets me know we made the right choice in using Eclipse for both our vehicles. Definitely will advise anyone looking to use them. The dealership misquoted the settlement amount for the warranty and the key replacement contracts, so the gap insurance company was going to award a somewhat small claim, because the dealership was supposed to send two checks for about $1700 to cover our canceled warranty and key replacement contracts. When the checks for the canceled warranty and the key replacement contract still hadn't arrived three weeks after I had canceled these contracts, I contacted the dealership and was told that it was a very busy time of the month and they would get back to me. When someone from the dealership emailed me (a week later), I was told that he had "looked up the wrong car." So I wasn't really getting checks for the canceled warranty or the canceled key replacement contract, which means that the gap insurance claim doesn't cover much. As a matter of fact, the gap insurance claim payment doesn't even cover what I paid for the gap insurance rider on the loan. When I still had an intact car, the dealership seemed agreeable and helpful. When I was only about month into working my way through the gap insurance claim, I still thought the people at the dealership were pretty helpful, while the gap insurance company was obstinate. But the guy at dealership who gave me erroneous information, which I gave to the gap insurance company, made me reconsider. I am on the hook for six months of car payments for a car I don't have. My advice is to not be me. If you can pay for your car without financing, great. You'll be fine with Performance. If you need financing, find your own people to do it. I recommend Wright Patterson Credit Union for it, which was the bank that Performance contracted for my loan. WPCU has been great. Don't get any warranties or gap insurance through the dealership. I was mega stupid to do so. You can get gap insurance through a credit union. It's probably helpful to have if you total your car while you're still paying your loan, assuming it's not from Protective Services (the company that works with Performance).

And this particular Sportage is their top new model, bigger and much more roomy, has tons more tech features and is 42k. When you get in, the seat automatically adjusts to you. And upon opening the door the seat moves back. The leather is so soft and buttery. And their warranty is better than the old one. Worth checking out Kia if you're in the market for a new car. Their service department is always fast. They have an app that you can track their progress as they work on your car. And waiting is fantastic in their new waiting area. They have complimentary yummy popcorn, water and coffee. Places to charge your phones, and a tv. New offices to work your best deal. I'm a customer and will be back here when I'm ready to buy. :)
