Don has been with them ever since I can remember, and he is always a delight to work with, too. The bushes & trees they have recommended & planted for me over the years were perfect... and they are still healthy. I don't have a large home nor a large piece of property, but Joe has always treated me like a major customer -- hopefully I will never have to use anyone else.

Knowing my lady is a total plant lover, I knew we were gonna stop by, and I'm glad we did. This shop has so many different plants to offer for plant lovers of all levels. They also have accessories, unique pots, books, and so much more. The employee there at the time, whose name unfortunately I forgot, was very friendly and welcoming. Better than anywhere I've seen. Everyone we met with was thoughtful and accommodating, especially with meetings, since my daughter was out of the country. The wedding was everything my daughter wanted and more. An unforgettable day for sure. The owner even went out of her way to make my daughter even happier, and it was truly appreciated. My coordinator, Audri, was fantastic and so supportive throughout the whole process. There was a problem with one of the vendors on the day and she swiftly took care of it with me having little knowledge of the problem! Avoid Ohio Mulch like the plague because their bulk products are garbage. Our landscaper switched…read moresuppliers this year without our knowledge and got our annual bulk delivery of 9 cubic yards of "triple shredded natural hardwood mulch" from Ohio Mulch. As shown in the photos, this mulch was barely single shredded given the very large size of the chunks. Deerfield Township does a better job chipping up tree branches. There were also bits of plastic and concrete mixed in with wood chunks. Had I checked the mulch before they put it down, I would have rejected it. We ordered topsoil from Ohio Mulch on Hauck Rd. a few years ago, and the topsoil was more like finely shredded mulch than topsoil. I even went to the place where the topsoil was delivered from to make sure that what I got was what they call "topsoil". After that, I said I would never buy from Ohio Mulch again, but, unfortunately, I didn't realize that my landscaper had switched suppliers to Ohio Mulch. It's no wonder that Ohio Mulch has been closing some of their locations. Their products are awful, and, from what I've read, their customer service is just as bad. My landscaper acknowledged that it was not the quality of mulch that they had put down in the past from their previous supplier and gave me a discount on what I received. They also acknowledged that Ohio Mulch is very difficult to work with, so they know I will not accept products from Ohio Mulch in the future.
