It's not too crowded during weekdays and getting in and out is a breeze. Price structure on memberships is very reasonable. Staff is very helpful and can provide info on many of the various classes and programs.

Check-in is on the main floor and workout areas are upstairs. The indoor track is basically small and in the middle of the floor with weights and machines inside the track and to the outside perimeter. To exit after your workout you need to go thru the locker rooms.
