A young woman asked me if she could help. I told her I was looking for now, and that I'll be buying something in the next few weeks. She pointed to the couches and said that I could get them in any material on the swatches. Then she walked away. When I called her over to ask a question, she answered my question but when I followed up with another I noticed she was gone. She wasn't openly rude,she simply seemed very disinterested. I didn't feel like she knew much about the furniture I was looking for, and didn't seem to care. She mostly sat with another employee talking. Again, not outwardly rude, but her indifference was not welcoming and I just wanted to leave. My past experience with sales people has been that they were mostly enthusiastic and energetic. I'd like to write my…read morereview about the delivery guys, Jay and Jaylin, who recently delivered furniture to our summer place in Woodbine. These gentlemen were outstanding. They handled every unexpected issue pleasantly, with extreme patience and professionalism. The sectional sofa we had delivered didn't fit through our sliding glass door, Jay and Jaylin didn't give up. As they quietly struggled they found a way and got the sofa in without any damage to either our door or furniture, no complaints just unwavering determination. They also took time out of their scheduled day to set up our older mattresses onto the new risers we purchased. All and all these gentlemen went above and beyond to help us, Hopefully you'll be lucky, as we were, to have these guys deliver for you ! PS. They also moved the large sectional sofa 3x to placing it perfectly for us !!

BUYER BEWARE! Unfortunately I have to rate this business 1 star that they do not deserve. I have…read morepurchased an incredible amount of furniture for my shore house in the past two years. While I was impressed with the in stock furniture and customer service when I was purchasing , my opinion changed when I had an issue with an expensive piece of outdoor furniture. I had the chair less than 30 days when it fell apart. I contacted them and was told I would receive a call back later that day which I did not get. Finally I received a call asking for pictures and serial number. I was then sent an email if I had any questions to contact them. I asked if they would replace the chair since it was practically new and I heard no response. I told them since this was a vacation home I would like to quickly resolve this as we would be closing up the house shortly. Again no response. I followed up two days later with a phone call first thing in the morning and was told the manager and her boss were there and she would call me right back with an answer which never happened. I called an hour before closing to see what the answer was and I was told by the manager what did I expect! It was her birthday and a holiday weekend plus they were busy all day with customers. I guess once they have your money you are no longer a customer. To make matters worse the manager said in his opinion I should apologize to the sales person because he felt I was being unreasonable. Really! All I wanted was answers not attitude. Will be purchasing the rest of my furniture somewhere else.

But I came along anyway and was very pleasantly surprised! We went in to buy my grandmother a quilt for her new bed. We had some great options- some beautiful ones for $85+, and some cheaper (but still nice) ones around $40-50. We found a $45 quilt that she will really like. My mom felt that some of the prices were much better than you'd find in other places, and some of the prices were about the same. Along the way, we all managed to get sidetracked. I bought an adorable green striped apron for $12. My mom bought a bunch of striped dish towels for 50 cents each, 2 kinds of pillows (one blue with white seashells and one with red/blue stripes) for $10 each, and potholders. My sister bought some sheets for a twin-size bed which were really cheap (I believe about $15 each). The people working in the store were very friendly and offered to help us multiple times. The store wasn't very big but had a lot of fun things in it (even for someone who doesn't like linens!). It did, however, get crowded- even though we were there about 10 minutes after it opened. If you're looking for anything linen-related and you're on a tight budget, definitely check out Cape May Linen Outlet!

There is ample parking in the store lot which is a huge plus to me. The store had furniture, beach towels, home decor, gardening sculptures, signs, flags, and exterior art. I always enjoy visiting to peruse the goods. There are many! Things to see and enjoy and the price points are phenomenal. The staff is helpful and friendly, when I was there there was a good deal of fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas items. I'll be back!!
