I came out to relax and enjoy the time at this bar. I was greeted by host TW. I asked if there are seats by the bar, to which he answered that all the bar seats are taken but I can take a seat at the stools on the side. As there weren't any tables available in the main area where I wanted to sit down, I chose to wait there. Meanwhile, I walked to TW once again and asked him to put my name down for when a table opens up. He told me that whenever the first table is available, it is mine. I waited for 30 minutes, watching 3 tables open up, and he never mentioned anything. At some point he seated a couple at one of the tables, so I came up to ask why he hasn't called my name yet, to which he moved his arm toward me in a gesture as if he was getting rid of me, saying "you can sit wherever you want to" with an attitude. I requested to speak to a manager, and all the manager did was offer me a table. At this point I was no longer in the mood to relax and enjoy my night, as I didn't feel welcome at this place at all. After a five-minute conversation with the manager and no result, I left. Very disappointed, and not coming back here. I was going to use this hotel for my birthday, but I guess now I'm taking myself elsewhere. read more

I definitely enjoyed myself at this bar. I've always had a love for the St Regis. It's very upscale and fancy while also being an enjoyable place to spend your time. My friends and I went to the bar here for one of my friend's birthday, and we ordered some drinks while there. I got the espresso martini and I appreciated the "R" design that was on my drink. It was definitely a nice touch. We were also given complimentary popcorn as well which was a nice surprise. Our bartender was pleasant and attentive additionally. There was also a chill but elevated ambience for sure. I will definitely suggest this to anyone that's looking for a nice hotel bar because this is definitely a good one. read more

I had a great time with my friends. We had dinner at Atlas and it was somewhat disappointing for a 5 star restaurant. There were no vegan entrees available. Everything is loaded with butter or some type of dairy product. After dinner we hung out in the bar area. We were hoping they would play a subgenres of music which they did not. This has to be one of the most beautiful spots in Atlanta--the ambiance is stunning, especially inside the St. Regis. I love myself an excellent hotel bar. Covid stole this from me a bit the last few years. The St. Regis Bar brought my sincere love of a great hotel bar experience flooding back to me on my recent visit to Atlanta. If I lived in this Buckhead hood, this would be my spot. It has the timeless elegance of the dark woods, stone features, leather and just enough light through the windows to make it feel warmth, but not too much to take away from the mystic, intimate feel of the room and the traditions it holds. And if all that I have said in the last sentence is not your jam, in the outer room or even outside, there are tables and spots that are a bit more open, for working or for groups or for girlfriends. TV, check. Exceptionally professional staff, check. Martinis served in the most unique taller coupe glass that would not be insulting to traditional glassware martini loves like me, check. 6pm champagne tasting and St. Regis history of this tradition just outside the bar in the lobby every night. I don't have a St. Regis in Las Vegas, but if I did, I would go there. In the meantime, my lobby bar love is fueled by St. Regis properties like this and the memory of their exceptional bar experiences they provide. read more

Came here on a Sunday afternoon for a drink and a snack after a visit to their spa. The bar is lavish and gives the feel of exclusivity. There was only one other couple at the bar yet our food took forever. Almost an hour for a chicken dish and tartare. It wasn't a huge deal as we had nowhere to be but it would have been for a business lunch. I tried Boulevardier and steak tartare. Both decent. The prices are high but that's to be expected. Drinks run anywhere from $17 and up, food starts at $20. Good date spot for drinks but I'd rather eat elsewhere. read more

We frequently visit the Saint Regis bar and have consistently enjoyed the service. Unfortuntely, the evening of December 20th, we had a very disappointing experience when we went there with friends and family. We waited for 30 minutes after I was told that I would have a table for nine. The Maître d', Mr. Barra, was surprisingly rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I cannot believe that the Saint Regis would allow such poor customer service. To be clear, we were not seeking any special treatment and had no problem waiting. First time visiting. Beautiful place, awesome vibes, live music. I ordered the lamb sliders and fries. The lamb sliders have aoli on them. They were amazing! I asked for a little extra aoli on the side for my fries. The server said he "couldn't get it." Another server got it for me. Later I asked to close the check and pack the rest of my food. I got home and unpacked my food and the server who "couldn't get" the aoli also didn't pack it. Really?! Why did he hate so hard on my aoli? Ugh. Other than aoli-gate. Luckily, I kindly work my way in and get what I need, then head to the room with the music. Grab a booth or comfy couch and relax. Staff is friendly and drinks are great! I've always heard about "working girls" being at this bar. I personally haven't noticed any. The young ladies or older ladies all look like they're in a group and having fun with the rest of the bar crowd. There's a variety of people who go here, which I like! Always good service. Caring staff and a more relaxed enviornment to watch sports or have a business conversation. Parking is $12 for valet. I believe that is the only parking available. The bar will validate but there still is a fee. Here's a hack of the day, the front desk has complimentary bottled water. Use that if you have had 1 too many libations. Let it be noted that Our servers all had masks and gloves and were prompt with the service. Also, the recommendations. Tried to give my card to some girls who were sitting at the bar and the bartenders, two males, became very very rude to them and us as well. Had to leave.
