Unfortunately, our server really took away from what could have been an even better experience. She was incredibly cold and sterile throughout the entire evening. At no point did she seem happy to be serving us; instead, we were made to feel more like a burden than guests. We were warm and inviting toward her, but we never got so much as a smile in return. It was noticeable enough that it became hard to ignore. That said, the food was GOOD. I ordered the $30 burger, and it was every bit as delicious as I hoped it would be. I couldn't even finish it because my appetite said "girl, that's enough" , but even a day or two later I was still thinking about how good that burger was! I also had two $30 French 95s, which definitely caught me off guard. I would have appreciated knowing there was an upcharge before ordering the second one. That said, I also take some responsibility for not asking more questions before ordering. Despite the service, my girlfriends and I still managed to have a great time, and that says a lot. I know the word gets overused, but it truly was a whole vibe. What I loved most is that it's the kind of place where everyone feels welcome. There's no pressure, no strict dress code--just a come-as-you-are energy, and people genuinely receive you that way. Within five minutes of being there, I already felt comfortable. Everyone was so friendly--the bartenders, the people around us, even the random interactions felt warm and easy. The space itself is really cool too. They have artwork featuring icons like Prince, Tupac, and Biggie, which added to the overall atmosphere. We ordered the King Peach (I believe it had bourbon--I did take a picture of the menu, though it's a little cut off), and it was really good. Smooth, flavorful, and easy to sip. They're open until 2 AM, so it's a great spot whether you're grabbing a drink with friends, on a date, or even just stopping by solo to soak in the energy. It's one of those places where you can just be. I'd love to make this a regular spot--definitely somewhere I can see myself coming back to at least once a month.
