I wish I could give Franco and his team 10 stars. I'm so BEYOND thrilled with Francos work. I'll be honest here. My house was rough. We bought the house a few months ago. Structural work left half the house partially primed, the rest of the house was a horrible gold color, with dings, holes, cracks everywhere. I hoped that Franco would be able to clean it up a bit, in addition to a fresh coat of paint, but oh my god the amount of prep work his team did. One full day of prep, they got every ding, hole, crack, even repaired a ceiling crack. I almost cried seeing how much thought and detail went into his work. I couldn't imagine taking on the project myself, and I'm so grateful that I found MPP. Franco's communication throughout the job was excellent, he was super clean, organized, did not leave one speck of paint behind. Ceiling, trim, walls. Franco is worth his weight in gold. My experience with The Standard Painting Co and all of its staff has been phenomenal to work with. The work that the team produced is nothing but exceptional. Job description: Paint a completely renovated basement that is over 5000 sq ft of wall and ceiling space, this does not include the additional doors, trims, bench and rails that needed to be painted/stained. Scheduling: Franco, the owner, is extremely quick to respond and willing schedule time to meet me at my convenience (post 6PM on a weekday). He was punctual and extremely knowledgeable. Franco was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a very short timeline of getting things done and Franco got me in. Finished living, dining, 5 bedrooms, hallway in 3 days. Furthermore, the painting was incredibly well done. Our walls had a TON of holes from previous screws hanging things up, that he filled in so perfectly can not tell there was something there. Normally when you go with your lowest quote of multiple estimates you sacrifice in quality or another area of your project. That is not the case with MPP. Not only was the price well below every other (we quoted 3 others) but the final product is spectacular. Almost every person who has stepped into my new Home has complimented my paint job. Franco and his team were friendly, professional, and efficient. They constantly worked around my schedule, that frequently changed due to multiple other contractors doing work at the same time as MPP. He never quit until everything was absolutely perfect. This review is entirely based on customer experience. The owners name is Franco Ramirez, we Initially got a quote from him and decided to go with hIm since his price for our budget. The agreement he sent clearly mentioned 50% payment to be paid initially and 50% after the job is finished. The first 50% was payed and the work was done and during this process Franco requested 20% of the remaining 50% balance as he suggested he had to buy more paint and pay his men. Since Franco seemed to be a fair person I payed him 20% from the remaining 50% balance although it was supposed to be paid after the joB was done. This act of kindness was taken for grant and Franco never showed up and complete his job. Repeated phone calls and text messages were not responded. Eventually when I mentioned to post a review, he called back and mentioned he was busy with a big job and he would come finish the job as soon as he is done, again I trusted his word but he never showed up or care to call and update his customer who payed him more than what was in the contract. In today's world we heavily rely on reviews from customers who had a real experience with any business. Franco and his company "The standard painting company LLC" did not finish the job they promised, neither did they care about their customer. They just took the money and let the customer hanging. I would not recommend this company due to the kind of service they provided. read more

I'm writing this review to emphasize the great work that Maximum Precision Painting delivers. I discovered this small but professional company when I hired them to paint my apartment. I needed to have the place looking clean and new before my wife's relatives came to visit from abroad. I asked for a consultation with Franco R., and he walked me through the entire process. The painting schedule was very well organized to allow me to move and protect furniture while not being too intrusive. When the work was done, I could not believe my eyes, my apartment looked like new and one thing is for sure, the end result was just like the name of the company says - "Maximum Precision Painting" - a quality oriented finish. I don't know how these guys do it, but when they are done with the job, you can't even tell someone just painted your place. The edges are so well done, that if it were not for the new paint smell, you would not know someone just painted the rooms.
