I bought a two family house in 2017 and had to gut the second floor. Myself, my bf and his dad did our best, but we ran out of steam when it was time to drywall and mud, so I took a chance and called Danny. Danny is honest, professional, fair, and genuinely a good person. He and his team finished the wall in no time and it looked amazing. For the past 7 years, if I need something done.. I call Danny. He has completed drywall, refinished my wood floors, repaired my ceiling, fixed sinks, doors, installed a fence, and just completed my back patio. What I appreciate about Danny and his team is the fact he takes the time to talk things out, brainstorm, and find the most reasonably priced route. And EVERYTHING that man and his team has completed for me in 7 years is still standing. I have not had one issue with the jobs he has completed. Honestly, he has fixed jobs that I had done when I first moved into my house. I am kicking myself that I did not call him first! If Danny says he will start on Saturday, he will start on Saturday. This appears to be the most unprofessional having no integrity company that I've ever tried to deal with it. Scheduled two appointments each time they confirmed and stated that they were able to come out. And then they did a no call no show when I called to inquire as to where are they located and if they're still coming out they responded with yes we're still heading your way just got caught up with another job never again to respond two days later when I sent a text tell them how unprofessional it was and how disappointed I was this issued an apology and again scheduled another appointment that they did not show up to did not call to say they wouldn't make it but have the audacity to ask me if I had the equipment where I was located even after I told them the address was issued in the previous text they still ask please send the address again and I did and they still didn't show up. Very disappointing a new customer I find them to be unreliable unprofessional lacking integrity and would not recommend them to anyone read more

Customer service goes a long way. Even if you can not provide service. Upon first contact, estimate was given. When I was ready to book a few months later, Danny must've been very busy. Did not answer nor return my calls or messages. Sounds like a bad boyfriend. He responds better to text it seems. He could've given an estimate of when he was available but with the text, he just said NO. lol. Anyhow, one should think twice before treating their customers as second rate. I'm a realtor and come across many clients who need a handyman. Could grow his business and hire help but maybe he's happy with what he has. Work was done: 6/27-7/12 Danny and his team did a great job with our space. We wanted two of our bedrooms gutted and remodeled on a budget and he delivered. There were a few thing that needed to be adjusted and fixed, minor hiccups but overall good work. Danny is incredibly nice and pretty easy to work with. Not professional. Kept an appointment with Danny and he did not care to update that he won't be able to make it, intact he forgot about it.

Very nice guy, however I had him do my bedroom floors and refinished my hardwood living floors. He doesn't know how to refinish/restore. The floors are horrible, on top of that he got some stain on my freshly painted walls, and touched up the walls with the wrong paint. He also decided to paint the white molding around the floors to clean it, and got the white paint the floor he just refinished. The lamented floors in the bedroom are also lifting now (some of the pics used are my room). He attempted to fix some of these problems and just made it worse. I'm left with horrible wood floors in my living/dining and now have to get them redone. I haven't read any the other reviews here, but if it is about flooring I question the legitimacy of it. When I was complaining send him pics of the poor work he said "I knew I shouldn't have taken this job" I wish he didn't. The nerve of me for wanting good work cause I paid good money. If someone can recommend a good flooring person who can clean up his mess at a good price please do. Thanks read more
