Every since the new coffee bar has been installed either the coffee is out of order or it's being cleaned in the morning hours when everyone wants coffee. Employee very grudgingly told me today there is no hot chocolate anymore. I go there practically all winter for hot chocolate so this is upsetting to me. Spoke to two employees--both were rude. Boycotting qt starting today. read more

Quick, friendly, mostly everything in stock. Seems to have issues with fountain soda but hey that is why they have bottles right!

I was leaving QuikTrip early in the morning at the 625 Hillside, Wichita KS location, it was 12 degrees and my car would not start. Devon was so kind as to help me with my remote key (the issue) and was able to assist me in getting the car started. I have always appreciated the superior customer service I have received at QuikTrip but this morning I could not have been more grateful! I've been buying my gas from QT for the best part of 14 years. In the past year, I started door dashing, and as a result, because of the extra mileage, I find myself filling up 3 times a week. Last Friday, I put $20 in, and that night found that in addition to the $20...the thieves at QT put a hold of $175 on my account. Contrast that with Phillips, who just today, put a hold of $1 on my account...AND I paid 20 cents less per gallon than QT's price. Guess where I'll be filling up from now on. What made matters worse was the fact that the thieves at QT (even at Corporate) kept pointing the finger at my banking institution as being the culprit. So, I had a sit down Conference call with one of the VPs at my Bank and someone at QT Corporate, and then...and only then did Corporate concede that QT was the culprit...NOT my bank. read more

- Very clean store, bathrooms, and gas pumping area. I would go so far as to say there is no trash anywhere at the station. - Well lighted outside and feels very safe. - Staff is friendly, professional, and get people checked out quickly - Prices for most food items are reasonable and the displays are kept full of items. - Gas prices are in line with the other stations, and sometimes cheaper. I've also never had any gas related problems when buying gas at any QT store. - Nice food selection inside the store, but fruit prices are crazy expensive. - My only complaint (as with all the QT stores) is the tire inflation area is usually crowded with people waiting to use the air compressor. BUT, the air is FREE, so I don't mind too much. read more

OK, I am lowering by a star now. We were told today that the freal shakes are being discontinued. My suspicion is that the culprit is, once again, the QT kitchens because they also sell shakes. What's leaving next , the self serve coffee section?! Kidding aside, I was once told that they got rid of my favorite cappuccino because the kitchen had other great flavored drinks that I should try (but none the flavor I wanted). Fortunately, they brought my coffee drink back this year. Overall, I don't like the kitchen and haven't used it. It takes longer than self service and has reduced the grab and go selections within the store like the aforementioned items, full size cold pizzas, cold 12 packs, etc. read more

I just love QT. The bathrooms are always clean. The service is always speedy. The drinks are always cheap and delicious. My family goes to QT after church on Sundays for a newspaper, drinks, and 99 cent hot dogs. My hubby comes home every day with a 32 ounce sweet tea. If you live along 169 highway in the Northland then you have a QT at just about every exit between Vivion Road and who-knows-where. It's great. read more

It's a QuikTrip. It's just like all the others. Easy in, easy out, strangely efficient and fast. Even the gas pumps are faster.

Another pleasant visit at QuickTrip! This is one of our local QTs and we are always happy with the pleasant staff, clean environment, well lit and large parking lot, and food/beverage selection. Despite the pumps being a little old everything else is great including the cheap drinks for the whole family. The inside is clean and frequently when I am in the store they are cleaning the floor. read more
