I don't think I can say enough good things about working with Jackie. I found her by chance when I asked for agent recommendations in the Albuquerque area. I followed up by checking her reviews elsewhere on the internet and was impressed so emailed her that weekend, not expecting to hear back until Monday. To my surprise I heard back from her later that very night! She asked a lot of questions to get to know our needs and started sending house listings to look at shortly thereafter. When we finally met her (we are from out of town) she took us all over the place; when I say that we saw 20+ houses in 2 days that is NOT an exaggeration. Jackie is a real go-getter and if you're a serious buyer then she will make it happen. I really wish I had a Jackie in my home state to sell my house because let me tell you: She SPOILED us. She was quick to respond to any questions via text, email, phone call, whatever. I never felt nervous or like I didn't know what was going on. I am not the confrontational type but one agent in my hometown was slow to respond and not clear with us about what was going on so I told him I had to work with someone else. The second agent we found was a little better, but no one in our experience has compared to Jackie and if we ever need to buy or sell again we will definitely be coming back to her. I really don't know what else to say except that Jackie and the Staton Group know what they are doing and will definitely take care of you every step of the way. I bought a house before and it was a walk in the park however this was my first experience buying and selling with a contingency offer on the line. While this process had several hoops to jump through Jackie and the rest of the Staton group (Tim and Thomas) were able to minimize the stress on our end. Jackie's continuous efforts even allowed for us to move the process up so we could get settled into our new home and put our focus back on planning our wedding. They were thorough to a T and I was definitely able to see the difference between a realtor on top of things and one who sadly let things fall though the cracks (as seen by the realtors on the other ends of the transaction).
