He did not want to disappoint considering he is usually fully booked during the weekend.We narrowed in on a date and he arrived on time and without delay! I was initially skeptical since I was unsure how effective the cleaning was going to be. I wanted the carpets to be deep cleaned, however, I also wanted the high traffic areas to be restored from matting being flattened after years of walking. Louie just finished the upstairs and is still hard at work on the stairs and first floor. Upstairs looks AMAZING! Again, no upselling on his part but we added all the bedrooms and some chairs to the work order, and he is really busting his butt ! Our carpets are about 8 yrs old and two kids have really beat them up, but Steam Patrol is breathing new life into our carpets! He offered carpet cleaning for a great price as well. We moved in about a month ago from the bay area and was pressed for time. Louie came to clean all the carpet in our house and dining chairs about 2 weeks ago. He arrived on time, did an amazing job and paid close attention to detail! He didn't leave until everything was thoroughly and carefully cleaned. He gave good explanation of the steam cleaning process and what needed to be done to get the best results. The carpet has been worn from spills, dirt, messes from kids and dogs. The stairs have been soiled from all the foot traffic it gets especially after having parties. He was able to make everything look new and fresh again. He even made our 10 year old, dirty and water stained, ivory upholstered dining chairs look like we just bought them new! Even after we've tried cleaning the chairs ourselves it never looked anything close to how Louie cleaned them. The chairs were so dirty I was going to get rid of them but after the cleaning , I can probably keep them for another 10 years! The price of cleaning the carpet and upholstery was very reasonable and worth it! Louie is very polite and professional! I definitely will use his service again in the future more regularly. Today Kenny, my husband asked Louie come to steam clean the carpet. But he told us the carpet odor is so strong. Then he used the black light to detect where dogs and cats urinated. He found the urinated spots almost everywhere. According to him, the odor will not go away because the urine already went down to the pad and even the concrete. In this case, we decided not to steam clean but replace the carpet of the house. Louie totally agree with our decision and still patiently answering all our questions. He told Kenny and me not to feel bad about not giving him business. Louis is very helpful and a very honest man.
