I have to give Doug and Zach a full five stars due to the quality of work they perform and their approach to running a responsible and professional business I'm a repeat customer having used them previously to clean my travertine tile. This time I needed someone to clean a very expensive wool rug and just didn't want to leave the task to anyone risking damage to this carpeting. I called, spoke with Doug and made an appointment for the very next day. I thought the price was very fair and reasonable. The next day, and on time, Zach showed up at the house and quickly got to work. He discussed the process and my expectations to clean the rug. Shortly there after he pre-sprayed the rug, and was cautious to ensure no harm would occur. I have about 800 square feet of Italian Travertine Stone in my family area and it had been starting to darken in the cracks. My cleaning efforts could not remove the darker stains and residues. I contacted sever grout and tile cleaning places and got a good range of responses. Precision Does both carpet and tile cleaning, and it seems that is a good combination. They were price competitive, I was quoted between $400 and $1200 for a 4 step grout and stone tile cleaning and resealing. I chose Precision at the lowest price. We scheduled about a week out and although they had to reschedule for later in the day, when they did arrive, everything went smoothly. The tech was knowledgeable and educated us on products to avoid and use for best care of the stone. They moved my sofas and other items as needed for no extra charge (others quoted an extra $100 if they had to move stuff). In the end, the floor looked terrific! All the dark stains and black spots were deep cleaned out. It was like I had new floors again and I remembered how much I love travertine flooring when it is clean! read more

Precision Carpet Cleaning produced a somewhat clean carpet, however, the technician was careless and not worthy of the company name, "Precision" and "Haphazzard" would be the a better name. There were carpet areas that were carelessly overlooked, but the worst part was that when I asked the technician why he wasn't cleaning the stair risers ( vertical part of stairs), he,stated that it wasn't safe for him to use their equipmrnt in that manner, but he tried to convince me that I wouldn't notice those missed areas. I called the owner and he stated that they don't have the attachment for the stairs, but that he knows he should have it. I assume that all patrons of this company expect a thorough and complere cleaning of the carpet they pay to have cleaned. Nonetheless, this company has been in business long enough to furnish all the necessary equipment to provide customers with an entirely clean carpet that is based on the expectations of their carpet cleaned in a manner which is in accordance with reasonable expectations. Again, Precision Carpet Cleaning should be called Haphazzard Carpet Cleaning which is indicative of their slipshod work. It was the time of year when customers want their houses to be their very cleanest. I called the ower about the stairs a second time and he stated he would get back to me, but he didn't and that appears to go with their overall substandard work ethic. Not satisfied with how tile came out. Tech didnt tell us he was going to work around furniture so we have uneven spots now. I would have been happy to move furniture around. Note my furniture is sparse so it would have been easy to shift. Tile actually looks discolored now. Cleaning just pushed all the dirt to the base boards so now I have dirty caked edges. I was told it included sealer but he didn't seal. Grout looks better in most places but now it looks dirtier in the corners and edges. Overall not very happy with this at all considering what I paid. On another note tech was nice and on time. Overall very disappointed and would not recommend this company. Hard to find honest people to do honest work nowadays. If anyone can recommend someone for future tile cleaning feel free to reply w recommendation. Looks like I'm going to need to spend the money at again. Their website is now down. read more

The white couch came out cleaner, and as expected; the grout & tile cleaned up amazingly well; and unfortunately the stains didn't come all if the way out of my wool rug, but he had explained that would probably be the case.
