From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Juan, the owner, came out the very next day to assess the damage. He took his time to thoroughly inspect everything, explained the situation in detail, and by that evening, he had a clear and fair quote ready for me. I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was throughout the entire process. We scheduled the work in two parts--first the downstairs, then the stairs and upstairs. The job involved removing the damaged laminate and old carpet, and replacing everything with luxury premium vinyl. Juan's team showed up on time, carefully moved all my furniture and belongings, and got right to work. They kept me abreast of the work and schedule along the way. They cleaned up every night and meticulous with their work. Along the way, they discovered some issues from previous installations--an uneven kitchen floor and a bedroom floor that didn't meet the walls properly. Instead of just covering it up, they took the time to fix the problems before installing the new flooring. The result is absolutely beautiful and feels like a huge upgrade from what was there before. The solution to my septic plumbing ordeal began when I called Cisneros Bros. in the middle of the night meaning to leave a message, but surprisingly, after several calls (accidentally called several times in my stress) an actual person answered the phone. Nicole (who answered) must have guessed it was urgent even if after hours. The next day, I met Nathan Knapp who walked me through every single step the crew would take. (Thank you crew!). I was helping my parents with this -- their septic tank broke into a foul river of waste in their front yard. Neighbors called the city for help, we were cited to fix things immediately, and almost $18,000 later it has been fixed. I could not pay ANY company this amount without understanding what in fact they were fixing, how, and the different options. Apparently for many decades, we were not meeting city codes (we didn't know until this septic tank disaster). The cheaper options to "fix" the septic mess weren't really an option because the city citation did not allow the cheaper fixes, but also because we truly needed a major fix. Nathan and the crew (Jeff, Victor and Rogelio) were super hardworking at pumping out the tank and Victor luckily spoke Spanish who could better explain things to my dad. It's hard to pay a bill like this, but I recognize the value of it -- it was necessary, and I really don't think it would have been cheaper or done better by others. We passed the city codes with flying colors and we don't have to worry about a sinkhole or wastewater mess. So glad to have have a brand new seepage pit, new outlet lines etc.!

And she was very hesitant to try and help me and kept insisting that there was only one piece so my answer to that was (how can you copy an original on length and waist size if there is nothing attached?) it clearly says, copy original. If you are planning to come here, make sure people are doing their job properly because it seams like they are careless. For one, the guy at the front desk really should have put two pants. He should have been more detailed but it seams like he was in a rush. If you guys don't want your clothes lost, I suggest not to come here. This post will not come down unless this is resolved. I basically have to wait until August 27th to know if they are going to reimburse me or even return my pants. I asked her if she could check her video camera and that she would check. I sent pictures off everything that needed to be cleaned before they came. I hired them again because the price was still lower than others. The second time they were supposed to be at my house at 10:30. At 10:15 I text them asking when they would be there. They then asked if my couches are white and said they needed help and would come at 4/5. At 5:15 I asked when they are coming they told me an hour. I set an appointment through yelp with Gabriela. I took the day off and they didn't show up , tried to call and text with no response at all so i wasted my day off. They sent me a message on yelp later on mentioning that they had a power problem and they will reschedule. I have been waiting for a week with no response from their side. After he assessed the carpet, it turned adhesive had seeped into the base of the carpet and caused some discoloration. But I did not have to worry because Joe did a really great job getting as much adhesive out as he could. There carpet is no longer sticky and the discoloration is barely noticeable. Approximately an hour before arrival, I was sent a text showing me the tech's location and eta. I love this because I have spoiled dogs that are overly playful with new guests. In the past, the companies I'd use, looked good immediately, but within a month, stains were back. Now that I use Adam, I usually need him to come out about once a year. He is very knowledgeable about the art of deep carpet cleaning. He arrived with Jacob and together they were in & out in 2 1/2 hours. They cleaned 6 rooms and 14 stairs thoroughly and left carpet lightly damp and citrus scented. They use a truck mounted cleaning unit to inject steaming hot water into the carpet and immediately suction it out. Jacob was very conscientious and thoroughly, being mindful to make several passes with the wand to make the carpet as dry and clean as possible. I will definately be using them exclusively in the future for my carpet cleaning needs.
