The only hiccup was that I had first scheduled cleaning on a Monday and no one called me that day at all. I was fine with it because it was raining but I think they completely forgot about me. Miguel was responsive, but was an hour and half late from our scheduled time. Seems as though his prior appointment went over. He gave me a heads up nonetheless. Upon arriving, he had reassessed the area that needed to be cleaned and set expectation straight upfront on the increased price since there was extra square footage that I did not mention. Once he started working, he was very meticulous and ensured the carpet was shampooed and steamed clean. We have an expensive 12' x 18' shag rug, that, in her final months my dog had been using as a bathroom. We rolled it up & drug it out to the driveway, spent 5 hours trying to clean it with a homemade solution, water hose, and trying to push the water out via plastic bucket. 2 days later it was still wet & the odor was worse than before. Unfortunately, I listened to my gut after reading several reviews. At the start, this company was quick to reach out and schedule a cleaning appointment. Their prices were like 35% lower then the competition company so I thought let me save some funds and try them out. (I had never had our carpets cleaned and was new to this process.) I had a feeling that there was something off the night before the scheduled appointment as I asked to confirm everything was good to go on their end but I never received the invoice pre-service. (Asked for it like 3 times and still never received an official invoice.) Two hours before the appointment, I received a message that the machine broke and all appointments for the remainder of the week will be cancelled. I would have been devastated as the staging photos of our home was scheduled for the following day; however, I listened to my gut and kept the higher priced vendor appointment as a back up.
