Originally, the carpet was the reason I contacted Zerorez. But you must spend $147 before they will come to your home. They mentioned other services, such as tile floor cleaning. No one had professionally cleaned them in several years, so I went for it. I was working upstairs in my office and received a few pictures from Anthony, the technician. I couldn't believe my eyes. My tile floors and rugs looked new again. Check out the pictures, and you will see the difference too. Anthony explained to me Zerorez does not use soaps or detergents. They use soft water, salt, lemon, and other natural cleaning ingredients. I highly recommend giving Zerorez a call for your floor cleaning needs!

When ZeroRez was finished, my carpets looked like they had been through a war. Take a look at these photos and videos. None of these dirty spots were there before ZeroRez came to my home. Both technician were very clean and respectful. They were in our home for 8 hours for each at separate times. This was October 2024. By January 2025 you could see the mold again in our showers. It took 2 weeks for them to response to my calls. They finally sent out a young man to look at the problem. He states that the contract that I signed only said that they do the first 2 rows of tile in the bathroom . I am writing this review to let people know that this company misleads their customers. Don't you think that if you said to me (We are only re-grouting the first 2 tiles lines in our showers, I would have had a difference response.) If you look at the pictures taken you can see that they didn't even do that. But they cleaned the heck out of the grout lines. These kinds of companies alway have a back door to whatever they do or don't do. I am posting this review on BBB and Google and any other site I can find.
