I booked The Sangiovese Room (was The Wanner Suite "sunflower room") at the top of the stairs, with an outdoor balcony overlooking the sycamore tree & church next door. It was so nice to be welcomed with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies & daily wine & cheese. My room was clean, cool, and quiet. Keyless entry made coming & going a breeze. Morning breakfast of coffee, frittata, pastry, fresh berries & yogurt was yummy. I travelled in by bus from NY (Kutztown is very walkable) so I did not have a car while staying there & did not visit the winery. I look forward to visiting it in the future with friends! While in town, visit Paisley & Co. on Main St. for custom soaps, fragrances & lotion. And for a take-out dinner or a slice, Mama's Delight two blocks away is still the best!

One of my favorite touches was the collection of autographed photos throughout the entrance area, showcasing the many artists, musicians, and notable guests who have stayed here over the years. The location couldn't be better. Situated right on Broadway, you're within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, galleries, and attractions that make Jim Thorpe such a special destination. We spent hours exploring the town and loved being able to return to the inn whenever we wanted to relax. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It featured a cozy queen-size bed, two cushioned lounge chairs perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing, and a large swivel-mounted TV with streaming capabilities. The room had a warm and inviting feel that fit perfectly with the historic atmosphere of the inn. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions and even supplied a handy map of Broadway highlighting all the shops and points of interest. Beagle's....what can we say...you're just the best in the biz! We just wrapped up our 6th year…read morestaying at Beagle's and each time it gets harder and harder to say goodbye. We have quite a large group so we rent out the entire house and Georgia and Reid could not be more accommodating! The house is perfectly quaint and immaculate. Each morning we were greeted with a hot homemade delicious breakfast with everything you can think of. All made with lots of love too :) We have a few folks with a gluten allergy and Georgia always makes sure there are options for everyone. Nothing like your kids waking you up early so they don't miss "the buffet" only to run in the dining room to greet Reid with a big hug and a few high fives. It's not unusual for us to hang around with a second cup of coffee just to listen to some of Georgia and Reid's stories about growing up in the area, the history of Beagles and just some great life advice...and if you're lucky enough Reid will play you some tunes on one of his guitars. The house has a ton of ground for the kids to play. It also has a massive wrap around porch with ample benches, swings, tables and chairs for the perfect night cap. It's only a 10 min drive to Knoebels so coming and going is incredibly easy. The Beagle's have become very much a part of our family now and we couldn't have asked for better stay. Both Michael and Jeffrey are impeccable in style, hosting and there is absolutely nothing left that they had left short at their stay. They were simply amazing, knowledgeable about the community and true travelers full of history and class. The room we stayed in was called 'John's Room.' It had a very nice display of antique and landscape artwork fit for a couple who are first time visiting. There was a well lit closet for 2 luggage, a king/queen bed, 2 chairs and a dresser. It was small, but I found it to be cozy. No tv but great WiFi. Our bathroom had the standard amenities and had its own heater. There was a hairdryer, makeup towels/remover wipes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, towels, and all a person would except in a bathroom. I cannot even begin to explain the breakfast service. It goes beyond 5 star. I will simply say that the photos in my review is what the current owners present. During the October fall foliage prime is when my stay was. The town becomes flooded with people on Saturday and Sunday (weather pending). It is highly suggested that if this is your stay duration time that you book in time before there is no vacancy. It also is suggested you speak with the owners so that they can help you navigate with tips to avoid headaches with the parking, the scenic train and any other things that may involve the crowds. This B&B is not kid-friendly because of all the delicate statues and knick nacs. There is dog on site but we saw it once, not even in the common areas.

Micheal provided some great suggestions, and added such depth and flavor to the experience with his knowledge of the history of the area. In fact, I'd say it was one of the most enjoyable experiences ever. You walk into a beautiful, updated, wooden space that is warm and inviting. The rooms are redone in a very classy, vintage style. Nothing over the top, but a perfect balance between comfy and elegant. Head downstairs for some fresh cookies and wine glasses. Open up a bottle of your favorite vintage from one of the dozen or so wineries located nearby, including Folino Estates. Draw a nice, warm bath in a bear claw tub, relax and sip your favorite sparkling wine. Or enjoy the night in the outdoor common area. After a good night's sleep, wake up and enjoy a simple breakfast in the dining area and start your day hanging out on Main Street or heading out to the wineries. I recommend going when the nearby university isn't in session. But if you visit on a weekend during the semester, the Inn offers white noise machines to help ensure you have a relaxing night's sleep as well. A wonderful experience for a couple's getaway, or a great place to rent multiple rooms if you're having a reunion or wedding nearby. Can't wait to head back again.

We did a search for B&B's in the area and took a chance on the Main Street Inn. We absolutely fell in love with this place! The owners were adorable and extremely pleasant. We would always ask for a particular room which we fell in love with. There was another wine festival that we wanted to attend this month (April) and decided we would give the new proprietors our business. We booked the same room and at the time while making the reservations on line I mentioned that we would be checking in between 5:00pm and 5:30pm (we went to the wineries first). We received an email giving us a four digit number which would give us access to the outer door and to our room. We arrived at the Inn at about 5:15pm and used the four digit number numerous times and couldn't gain entry to our room. We called the manager Amy five times and left several messages and no response. We waited for an hour and a half before someone came and apologized for giving us a wrong code! When we got into the room it was decorated differently but it was neat and clean. There is no excuse for us to wait and hour and a half when it states in the email that if we are need of anything or having any problems to call and no one answers the phone. Note: My girlfriend remembered that the new owners owned an winery in the area and she called and spoke to someone within the winery and advised her of our dilemma and five minutes later is when the manager Amy finally called and ten minutes later a nice young lady opened the door for us and apologized for the situation. I want to be clear I was extremely frustrated and the Inn did lose a little of that Kutztown charm but it was nice and clean and I really like the small town charm of Kutztown!

We enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the room and felt spoiled by having fresh bath towels every day like a real hotel. This BnB is a converted large old house with a really nice rustic charm. The BnB is within driving distance of restaurants in Bloomsburg and the Knoebels amusement park. We definitely plan to come back and stay here whenever I have business in Bloomsburg or when visiting Knoebels. When we left after the 3rd day we felt we had made some new friends in Frank and Diana.

They have brochures out, mints by the door, a heated towel rack! There were so many food options left for me - tea, snacks, oatmeal, bagels, juice ... Due to the pandemic, I had planned to take breakfast up to my room and eat privately, since my room had a little table, chairs, microwave, and mini-fridge. This wasn't necessary since there were no other guests, but could be a good option for others traveling during this pandemic. Matt was very helpful even from afar. He explained how to use the tv and provided advice on hikes. He was very responsive to texts and phone calls, and it was not an issue at all that he wasn't there.

The breakfasts were delicious and the choices were more than sufficient! I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a wonderful tourist weekend. Conveniently close to town and couldn't ask for nicer people.
