They were the only place open in my area owner told me they open at 7am. Spoke to the owner on the phone he asked a few questions and I stopped by, also they offer to come to you if necessary for a travel fee. Anyways, they were honest. Owner checked on my tire pressure on all my tires and another employee fixed my tire. I didn't stay there longer then 30mins. Will come back if I ever need to.

DONT BRING UR CAR HERE We brought our car in on August 7 …read more When we first called the shop, we explained that our car was shaking and struggling to take off, but we weren't sure what was causing the problem. The shop told us they could scan the car and diagnose what was wrong. We dropped the car off, and the mechanic later called us and recommended doing the spark plugs and a tune-up. He also told us that the valve cover was leaking and that oil was getting down into the area where the spark plugs were, causing them to get dirty. He explained that if we didn't replace the valve cover, we could continue having problems. Based on what he told us, we agreed to have the valve cover replaced along with the spark plugs/tune-up. We were charged approximately $530 for the work. The mechanic also told us that if we had any issues, we could bring the car back. The problem is that we're still experiencing the exact same issue we originally brought the car in for -- the car is shaking and struggling to take off. We called the shop today and explained that the problem is still happening. We were then told that it could possibly be the transmission. However, our transmission was already replaced about a year ago, which makes us question that diagnosis. We're now out $530, and the original problem hasn't been fixed. We're trying to figure out what our options are. especially since we were told to bring the car back if we had any issues. We attempted to reach out and they avoided giving us any names & avoided helping us .. they are actively avoiding our messages via IG ****To the response WHO WOULD WANNA TAKE THEIR CAR BACK TO A SHOP THAT REFUSES TO GIVE A NAME TO US ????? , that is unprofessional! When we took the car back they tried telling us it was a ELECTRIC ISSUE! And it WASN'T at all ! You guys didn't help, We took it to another mechanic and turns out you guys failed to change all the spark plugs that needed to be changed! AGAIN WE PAID U 530$! & you guys half assed the job ****

There was no real explanation, no proof, just pressure to approve expensive work that made no sense. This is exactly how people get taken advantage of. On top of that, the behavior and attitude we experienced were completely unprofessional. It did not feel like they had the customer's best interest in mind at all. I have reported this business to the automotive bureau and I strongly encourage anyone reading this to think twice before coming here. Always get a second opinion.
