There is so much variety by way of drinks here it is crazy, they even sell Snapple and a lot of milk and iced teas from foreign places. They also have sushi, pies (or course), muffins and things like taro buns. Hot water is available too for the noodles, there is no additional water charge and Munchy Mart also supply straws, forks and chopsticks! On a more healthy note there is a large fruit bin up the front with the generic apples and bananas and another bin for specials, often 2 for deals which is great for loan burdened students! Just check the expiration dates first. The other great thing is the check out operation, they've got it sorted, the lines get really long (especially between lectures) but the efficient staff and someone to manage the customer line mean transactions go through quicker so you can get munch out of mart quicker.

Within the convenience store is the food shop Madis, which I have also reviewed - it's well worth checking out as you can get custom made sushi for 5 - 7 dollars. They have benches outside where you can sit and explore the purchase you have made, deciding whether or not Mung Bean ice cream really is for you.

As I'm not Korean, I used to like to buy something that I didn't really know what it was, which was sometimes something I found yuksville, but sometimes resulted in delightful discoveries such as the Beef BBQ wheat chips (do not contain beef). My favourite things here are canned lemon and apple sodas here for the very reasonable price of $1.10 (used to be 80cents). They are pretty friendly here, and there's also a loyalty scheme you can sign up to and eventually get some credit on your purchases.

As I had no option, I took a chance to ask at forte convenience till. As I wasn't buying anything from her, that lady gave me horrible look as of I did some kind of crime. While some of the products are sourced around New Zealand, you will mostly find products from Spain, Italy and of course, France (thank you France for the best chocolate in the world aka Valrhona!). As well as selling amazing food products, you can also buy cookbooks, kitchen supplies and they also hold cooking classes and cheese classes. I haven't been to one yet, but they always sell out!
