I don't believe they do surgery at this facility but they do micro needling, botox, and injectable fillers. I can only comment as to #1, as I've been taking my ladyfriend to this facility for two years now. Parking is easy, the lobby is spartan but nice enough as a waiting area, and they do keep to within 20 minutes of their appointment schedule. The ophthalmologist we deal with is the wonderfully named Dr. Relief Jones. He's remarkably knowledgeable, willing to explain complex issues, and does NOT push you towards drugs or surgery while conditions are still manageable with supplements or corrective lenses. The gentleman who did my pedicure (who's name has escaped me at the moment, my apologies.) cut my toenails TOO short and rounded them out too much, I asked for a squared clip with the edges filed down a bit so it wouldn't be sharp. It caused me to get a further ingrown toenail that I had asked him to remove, but he didn't really seem to know how. it's now infected and in mighty pain and I have to wait for the toenail to grow out a bit before I can do anything about it. I wouldn't really recommend this place sadly, It seemed promising when I walked in, but the price was too high for the quality of service I received. I entered, did the normal check in and then was asked to wash my hands before picking out my polish color. Sitting down, it looked like every other seat was available for use so there was plenty of spacing. When I was looking around, I also noticed each station had sanitizing wipes. Every nail technician was wearing a mask and unless someone was drinking every customer was also (I'm not sure if they require customers to wear a mask). Wendy was the person who did my pedicure ($40 for a base pedi) and she spent so much time making such my toes looked great. She was very good about asking to make sure I had the chair set the way I wanted, did I want a little more wine while I was letting my nails dry and never rushing me. I'm fairly certain I've had her before and will request her again. Their service and the quality of salon lives up to my previous review. I'm happy with how they've adapted during this time and I'll be making another appointment for a pedicure soon!

My hair was already sun-blonde--I just wanted it lighter with cool, bright tones. The result was the opposite. My hair was taken down to a dark brown with no blonde tones at all. I contacted the salon and was offered a redo with a senior stylist the following Tuesday. I later requested a refund instead, since my hair now needed major correction, but was told the redo would be free. At my appointment, the senior stylist did her part by fixing the color. However, at the end--after multiple bowls of product and no prior pricing discussion--the manager informed me I owed an additional $300. This directly contradicted what I was told earlier about the service being free. Instead of honoring the original $200 or making the correction right, I ended up paying for the initial mistake plus more on top. There was no upfront communication about added costs, which is unacceptable. The senior stylist was professional and did manage to make it back to the original color, but the management and billing practices were misleading and unprofessional. I will not be returning.
