I came in for the first time to get a pedicure on August 30th, 2025. I didn't like how they didn't put a plastic cover in the foot tub of the chair I sat in, that felt unsanitary to me. All other nail salons I've been to have always used a plastic covering for the foot bath. The gentleman who did my pedicure (who's name has escaped me at the moment, my apologies.) cut my toenails TOO short and rounded them out too much, I asked for a squared clip with the edges filed down a bit so it wouldn't be sharp. It caused me to get a further ingrown toenail that I had asked him to remove, but he didn't really seem to know how. it's now infected and in mighty pain and I have to wait for the toenail to grow out a bit before I can do anything about it. I wouldn't really recommend this place sadly, It seemed promising when I walked in, but the price was too high for the quality of service I received. It's been a while since my last visit. This was my first time going into a nail salon since COVID and I can say I was very happy how everything was set up. I entered, did the normal check in and then was asked to wash my hands before picking out my polish color. Sitting down, it looked like every other seat was available for use so there was plenty of spacing. When I was looking around, I also noticed each station had sanitizing wipes. Every nail technician was wearing a mask and unless someone was drinking every customer was also (I'm not sure if they require customers to wear a mask). Wendy was the person who did my pedicure ($40 for a base pedi) and she spent so much time making such my toes looked great. She was very good about asking to make sure I had the chair set the way I wanted, did I want a little more wine while I was letting my nails dry and never rushing me. I'm fairly certain I've had her before and will request her again. Their service and the quality of salon lives up to my previous review. I'm happy with how they've adapted during this time and I'll be making another appointment for a pedicure soon! read more

Does anyone know where Cece went? I have been going to her for almost a year and she is absolutely incredible with my nails and pedicures. When I texted to set up my appointment, I was told she took a leave of absence, which means she went somewhere else and unfortunately they will not give me any other info than that. I know they have her cell number and I understand they want me to continue coming there, but I don't feel I will be happy after being so pleased with Cece for almost a year and comparing someone else to her isn't fair. If anyone knows where Cece moved to, please share. This place is just down the street from my work, so I love coming here for a quick mani, color change, or eyebrow wax. I love how clean it is and that you can make an appointment online! I don't have a favorite technician, and just see whoever is available...but always had a great experience and they all did a good job on my nails. This salon started charging for old color removal though a few years ago, which is a bummer. I think it should be included, especially for returning customers and that's why I took off 1 star. read more

Great place however... on my last visit the nail tech left the side of my nail just sharp enough that it jabbed the side of my toe. I was in terrible pain that night so I went back the next day to have it filed down. I was worried I would mess up polish so I wanted them to do it since they had the nail polish to touch up if needed. The brother of the tech, also a tech there fixed my nail and all was fine. I go back today and the nail tech (sister) refuses to do my pedicure because of my issue the last time. The brother had to come tell me, she didn't even have the courtesy to talk to me herself. Omg, I could not believe this! So yea, place is good as long as you don't have an issue, at least with this temperamental tech. read more

I'm literally speechless. I stopped by as a walk-in at 5:30pm for a new set of acrylic nails and listed everything I needed (nail length trim, sharper coffin, different shade of nude, and nail art). i wanted a completely new set of nails since i didn't like the color i had from a different nail salon i had visited. when i told them that, they insisted i just get a refill with the new color because removing the previous nails would take 30 minutes (which i was fine with but im assuming they really wanted to finish by 7pm closing time). im understanding and i agree since they said it would be blended and not noticeable. the first man did a great job at buffing and refilling the outgrown section, but he didn't trim the length as i had mentioned from the beginning and the blending of different colors was done poorly so you could definitely tell it was two shades. then a different woman takes his spot to take care of the glitter/rhinestone design i wanted. i show her the picture and immediately starts painting my nails in a rush. i make comments to adjust the design and she complies. however, when i'm drying my nails under the blue light, my nails get smudged with the paper and gets a piece stuck on them. i let her know and she says "it's fine" and simply picks off the piece of paper (obviously leaving residue and smudges) and continues to paint. so i'm thinking girl what are you doing?? i'm literally paying for this! i'm already over this lady and just want her to get it over with but i let her know the previous man didn't trim them and she ignores me. so i'm sitting there trying to convince myself the length is fine so i don't piss myself off further. once she finishes painting, i ask her to square off the tips a bit more since they were still a bit round for what i asked and she also ignores that. (i'm starting to feel like those annoying customers but i REALLY didn't want to leave another nail salon not liking my nails for the next 2-3 weeks). she also ignores that request and starts cleaning up. i'm confused still sitting there expecting someone else to add the rhinestones i had requested when she prompts me to go pay. once i ask her about the stones, another woman starts getting the tools to apply them. she's extremely jittery while reviewing the example picture and applying different sizes to figure out which would match best. i don't blame her since it's 6:30 and i get wanting to go home and relax, but at the same time i'm thinking girl it's okay you'll go home soon enough. none of the rhinestones match what i wanted so we decide not to add them. she asks if this is the length i usually get them and i say no but they didn't trim them when refilled earlier (continues to not trim either lol). afterwards, i mention i wanted the nails to be more square and she starts filing away. i'm finally happy that at least that request was fulfilled but honestly i just wanted to get out. i felt bad bc i think she was the manager had a feeling i was unsatisfied but there was no initiative to make up for it. i only stopped at this place instead of polished nail lounge across the highway because they didn't have walk-ins available anymore but i've learned my lesson to just wait and make an appointment the next day. overall i just felt extremely undervalued, dismissed, and rushed the whole experience. i hope the next customer has better luck. read more

I'm not one to get my nails done on a regular basis, however there are times when I do want to get them done for special occasions to feel more put together and have a boost of confidence. I'm very disappointed in my recent experience, I don't feel that my nails look good. The filing is very unsymmetrical. The base is thick and after a few days already with nail growth looks terrible with the width difference. The other issue is that I feel the nail technician very aggressively filed my skin and still after several days I'm still experiencing pain and my skin is starting to get hard and crusty. Lastly, I had a lot of built of residue under my nails from all the drilling and filing down. The nail technician did not remove. I had to keep trying to remove myself and after multiple attempts the nails technician finally assisted to help remove. I'm on vacation but I will be getting these removed immediately when returning home because they make me so self conscious. I would not recommend services here. read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would! My child made an appointment on Sunday! She didn't know the skill level of the techs, so quite naturally they placed her with the next available one! She came home with the most hideous nails! When they finished with her nails, it was 4pm! The time the salon closes! She asked multiple times for several corrections! And they did some of them! But the end result is still unacceptable! I went Monday to have it corrected and they were closed! So this evening when my daughter got home, we stopped in! And Deja was very confrontational, argumentative and basically accused my daughter of not booking with the appropriate tech! It's her 1st time, how is she supposed to know? She said she can come and read the license that's posted of each tech! This is a 18 year old! She doesn't know what that means! She stated that they're an equal opportunity employer and they have all different skill sets! I'm not sure what that means! I asked for clarification and she stated that they're an equal opportunity employer again! But if that's the case, why not place my child with the appropriate tech that can deliver the request? A picture was shown! The tech could have stated that they're not comfortable with this style or whatever the case may be! My daughter asked for a more natural color? And this was what they put on her! She then stated that she wants to correct it! No, please refund her money! If you couldn't deliver the 1st time, why would she sit another 3 hours? The gel is peeling off after 2 days! The nail isn't smooth is very bumpy! The acrylic is poorly laid! She also said that we shouldn't return to her establishment! I agreed that this would be her 1st and last time coming! She then said next time book a more experienced tech when we make an appointment! Overall a poor establishment with poor customer service and poor quality of work! She agreed to refund her money! Let see how long it takes for the refund to be completed! read more

The service is five stars, but the finished product is only three stars. Service is this most important thing to me, so I was really torn about writing this review. The people working here are incredibly nice, and I've never had a problem getting in for an appointment. The nail trimming, cuticle care and callus removal are all done very well. But when I walk out my nails are not evenly filed and there is paint on my skin. I don't like pictures of toes, but I felt it was only fair for people to be able to judge for themselves. read more

She's basically a brow goddess and the best in San Antonio, maybe even in Texas... maybe everywhere. There's a reason she gets booked within minutes after posting her schedule. She genuinely acts like she cares about her clients, I've been in "brow therapy" since my natural eyebrows weren't as fluffy as I would have liked (my fault for always threading them when I was younger) and I will not let anyone - including myself touch my brows except for Thi. I can honestly say with her advice, care and castor oil my eyebrows have never looked better! It's always a bonus that she's such a sweetheart!!! I have never felt rushed with an appointment with her and she always listens to what I need. I'm sensitive towards wax and she'll tweezed them all up for me! It's nice to treat yourself occasionally, but I've learned that eyebrows should not be skimped and be treated with professionals like Thi. They truly make a difference in your appearance. She also does eyelash tinting and lash lifts, which I highly recommend. I'm very minimal when it comes to my makeup routine and it's so nice having my eyelashes perky and ready for the day as soon as I wake up. read more

Eva I cannot say enough about this girl! Very friendly and took her time on each nail to make sure it was PERFECT! She did an amazing job and fixed 3 completely broken nails to full recover! I am EXTREMELY picky about where I get my nails done. Let's be honest we have all gone to a salon paid top dollar and regretted once we left the awful customer service and mediocre nail job.. But this place! I can't even begin to describe to you how amazing ALL of the staff was. They even allowed me to bring in my pooch which was soooooooooo comforting and a huuuugeee plus because I came from Austin where everywhere was pet friendly! So being able to bring my furchild was so perfect!! Desja (I know I didn't spell that right) was the host of the salon and she was everywhere at once as well as on the phone making sure that everyone was happy and taken care of (I love you and your bubbly self!!) Clean, organized, friendly, and no pushy up selling! The sign on the doors says to make and appointment and although we didn't make an appointment, I was able to get the services I wanted, my friend however could only get one of the 2 she wanted. I would call and a make an appointment just to make sure. I don't know how to describe it but it was calm in there, not loud with employees and customers moving everywhere. I liked the shellac on my nails, not to thin and not very thick that it looks funky. And it's super extra shiny. The pedicure scrubs and lotion was so nice, it made my skin feel luxurious. Only thing is I got a pedicure first and manicure next and the area you sit down at to get manicure is more like bar then a desk, no where to put your legs through, and if your not careful after pedicure, you could mess up your polish. Then because your sitting at "bar"like counter, you can't pull your self to the technician. You kind of have to lean in to reach and sit a little side ways if you just got your toes done so they don't hit the bar wall. I've been looking for a place to use all the time, if this was closer to me I wouldn't hesitate to make it my go to place. read more

Love this place. This is one of two of my go-to mani-pedi salons. Upon entering the salon, you'll notice how clean and shiny they maintain the store. The service is great too, they are always able to fit me into a last minute appointment without difficulty and are always courteous and pleasant every time I visit. Now to the meat, I've always had great experiences with my nail services at this salon. Everyone they've assigned me to has been efficient, without sacrificing quality service. In fact, the technicians here are so good, when I went to get my shellac removed (after 4 weeks!) at another salon in Houston, they were praising how good the work was! Though a bit pricey at first look, when you compare to other salons of equal caliber, you are getting a great deal for the amount included in each service as well as the quality. Busy salon that is very popular - I had a tough time getting an appointment! The lady who did my pedicure was one of the nicest, best nail technicians I have ever had! Unfortunately my review is three stars instead of five for two reasons: #1 my gel manicure started to peel and chip after only four days. #2 I was told when I arrived that my manicure and pedicure would have to be done together due to time restraints. This was not mentioned to me until after I had already driven 30+ minutes in 1604 traffic to get the salon so pointless to say no by then. If I had know when booking the appointment I would have scheduled an alternate time. My toes looked great for a very long time though! So perhaps I just caught them on a bad day? read more

I was a walk in yesterday based on reviews. Diamond was assigned to me. She was nice. However, the entire service (dip removal and new set) took over an hour and a half and my nails are very messy. The top coat did not take fully on most of my nails, the filing job is crooked and rough, and she did not clean the underside of my nails. When I got home I had to scrub the nail polish remover off of my hands several times before it was gone. I had to re-file the ends and clean them up. I paid $65 with tip. The manicure wasn't done correctly(the gel was thin and it showed my nail towards the cuticle) so she got with a lady at the front desk who told her to add another coat. I love this nail salon! I have tried at least 8 others in San Antonio before designating this one as my usual. The staff is friendly and helpful, the manicures and pedicures turn out beautifully, and they offer drinks and snacks while working on your nails. There was one particular moment that I asked for a nail design that I had seen on social media and they literally did everything they could to make sure they could do it for me. The nail techs even practiced on each other until they found out who was able to execute it best! That is customer service that I have not ever experienced elsewhere. In one instance, I tried to do an early morning walk-in on the day of my graduation and they were entirely booked up until 2pm (my graduation was at 1). I definitely recommend making an appointment if you can but I've also been accepted as a walk-in multiple times and did not need to wait very long so I guess it's hit or miss. But either way, it's worth it! The day of my graduation, I had to go to a different nail salon down the street and I had an awful experience. I will not try anywhere else in San Antonio! read more

Super disappointed! I tried a new place and what a mistake. I got a shellac manicure that is sloppy to say the least the polish doesn't even go to the edge of my nail plus half of them are filed crooked even after I asked the technician to correct them already. As I'm leaving the manager asks how it was. I responded "mmm ok; I probably won't come back" his response... "that'll be $70" and I said you don't even care? To which he says "we can't make everyone happy" ... what an interesting take on customer service. The thing is if he'd asked me WHY it's probably an easy fix there was just a language barrier between myself and the technician. Instead he made it clear he couldn't care less. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I called this morning and they were able to squeeze me in same day. read more
