I linked up with Mel and did 5 training sessions with him: 3 heavy lifts and 2 high-intensity interval training days. With Mel, I didn't miss a step. His consultation was thorough and it was evident he understood fitness both in the gym and outside to include diet and rest. Then out workouts were focused on accomplishing my stated goals. For weights, he was able to set up excellent workouts that utilized the great equipment in the resort gym.
