Anytime Fitness has a good formula. It is not for the hardcore body builders or crossfit folks but for someone like me who needs a convenient spot which has the basics and is open early...it works out really well. Laura and Paul have treated me so great it's hard to even express. We have interacted personally just a few times, but even a year later when I show up again they know who I am. I really don't know how they do that. I'm not a regular, since I only do gym work when I'm going to row a Grand Canyon trip on a private permit (I'm 66, so I need to prepare), which at best is once a year, and I didn't have a trip in 2023. So when I showed up after probably more than a year of not being a member, they treated me like an old friend. I will NEVER go to any other gym. EVER. read more

I visited Sonoma for work and contacted the owners to see if I could get a pass to train as I am a professional IFBB pro. They immediately emailed me back and met with me to organize the pass. Great gym, central location with friendly staff and well maintained new equipment Clean, wide selection of free weights, TRX, bands, ropes as well as free weights and machines. $59 a month for 24 hour access with nobody interrupting your workouts for personal training? I'd say not bad. Prices are great compared to other gyms in the area. Also, Paul & Laura were very kind and helpful during my free 7-day trail and sign up. They did not pressure me to sign up at all, the gym sold it for me! I've really enjoyed my membership at Anytime. I work in hospitality so I usually go during off hours. There is a selection of cardio machines, free weights and plenty of space. They are expanding as well! I will say that the best part of customer service from the owners at this location. I had sustained an injury and they paused my membership until my recovery date. When my recovery exceeded this date, they worked with me to refund and extend. They always have smiling faces! Love this neighborhood Anytime. read more

Anytime Fitness has a wonderful facility, with enough machinery and gym equipment to accommodate any sort of workout routine! I recently moved into the Sonoma area and decided to sign up for their week-long trial period, and after just a week, I knew I had found a great spot. The staff are super accommodating, and are happy to answer any questions you have regarding membership or anything related to the facility itself. I had never committed to a gym membership in the past, and am in a state of transition at the moment, so I really appreciated the effort to make me feel welcome! In addition, membership costs are very reasonable - the lowest in the area. Paul, the owner, is helpful and attentive, and is running a phenomenal business. If you need a new gym home or are trying to establish a new workout in 2020, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try! read more

Wonderful atmosphere and clean place to put in some gym time. The owners are fabulous and take pride in their business and more importantly, their clientele. I especially enjoy the "anytime" hours since I have a chaotic & unpredictable schedule. I know the facility is open to use and not constrained within a specific timeframe that may be inconvenient on any given day. I also don't have to contend with a holiday schedule as other gyms in the valley impose. The equipment from floor mates to cardio is immaculate. Laura and Paul are everything you could hope for in managing Sonoma's finest gym facility. They actively listen to to members and follow thru on recommendation. It's such a pleasure to belong to a club where everything works....no "out of order "signs. And no "gym odor". I had a small issue with Anytime Fitness's finance arm and Laura straightened it out within a day along with a followup email notifying me that it was taken care of. I got a weekend pass when I stayed in the area and think the gym was great. They dropped off the fobs where I was staying, making it really easy. As others have said, the gym is clean and the equipment is new and excellent. There were plenty of people there, but it wasn't packed. They have two private bathrooms with showers in them which are also really clean. It's a great gym and a terrific option if you are staying locally at a place without a gym. read more

I've been a member for over a year now and have never had one complaint. This is one of the cleanest gym's I've ever been too. Great equipment, bathrooms are always clean, and they are always finding ways to make it better (newer equipment, moving things around, adding on, etc.,).
