She was able to locate every area of my body that was problematic and there were alot. She got the area in my shoulder, my hip and my hamstring. She found the pain points and worked on them hard. It was like having accupuncture on steroids. I could not believe how intuitive she was in isolating the trouble spots. My shoulder was so problematic, I was thinking I may need surgery. One day later it was significantly better. I would say she is as good as a Physical Therapist, if not better. I took the 90 minute massage and other than one 2 minute water break, she worked on me the entire time.
