However, the massage room itself is what you'd expect - comfy bed, soft music, aromatherapy, dark lighting. I purchased a deal though Amazon Local for a 1 hour massage, which lasted significantly longer. Belinda was knowledgeable about my medical needs and focused attention just where it was needed. I would absolutely go back to her or recommend that those with pain - localized or general - give her a call.

It wasn't until my sister gifted me a massage at Massage Envy that I realized how great Belinda really is! For example, Belinda always has bottled water & granola bars in the room (massage envy gives you tap water), Belinda always makes it a point to respect my privacy and makes me feel very comfortable with extra WARM blankets (massage envy didn't do a great job of this, and I was cold during my entire massage), Belinda has very soothing music that it extremely warming (Massage Envy's was eh), Belinda offers heat pads and ice packs (M. Envy doesnt) , Belinda has these amazing smelling candles & incense that make you feel very at ease & like you are stepping into a spa (M. envy-nope)... I think you get the point & I could go on and on. I also loved Belinda's personal touch.You can tell she really knows the anatomy of the body and again I would never have known this had I not gone to a different therapist. Upon first entering I was greeted by the staff working there which seemed pleasant. I was taken to the large room which had separate massage spaces inside. Each space is separate and there are curtains to enter each space. I had a large male that did my massage I'm not sure what his name was. He did a good job with the massage, I was nervous because he would step on my back and he had to have been over 280lb but it was fine. He must have had hairy arms because I think I felt it during the massage. The space was relaxing no complaints, just observations. Would recommend as it was $55 for one hour for a full body massage.

After I was all ready and waiting for a few minutes, the messous came in and whispered in my ear that she's going to someone else who's giving her a lot of money. I didn't really understand what she was saying until afterwards. She said that someone else will be coming. I said no. She repeated again that she'll be getting a lot of money. I was confused and upset, and she only told me this after I had undressed etc. A different messous came in who did not do a good job. She was very rough. I had to ask her to stop hurting me. I was so shocked by all this. When I came out, the messous I had originally booked was standing by the counter and took my money. I told her that I was very unhappy and disappointed. She said that someone else kept calling and offering money and that I should come in the morning or evening when it is less busy. This is reprehensible. When I booked the appointment, they said the time would work. It was confirmed and all set. This experience was terrible. I was not treated as a customer should be treated. It was so disrespectful. I will not be returning to this spa and would not recommend it to others.

It smelled musty, and the mustiness immediately made my brain hyper-alert. I got undressed and thought to myself, only 30mins, so no long-suffering. Damn, was I wrong! When I opened the paper-thin sheet, I wanted to vomit! It smelled like a fabric that'd been washed and dried beyond its capacity giving it a disgusting chemical-like smell. My shoulders were tight, and the massage was supposed to be a last-minute fix-me-up, so I got on the bed and threw the stinky blanket over me only halfway up my back, so the stench was not close to my face. The lady up front then comes in the room to give me the massage. Immediately it was a no, especially when she pulled the blanket all the way up to my neck, which is when I snatched it down and said it stank, which she ignored.10 minutes in, another lady comes in to take over even though lady #1 didn't inform me that the swap was going to happen. So boom, I am lying there just trying to let go and let God so that the experience wouldn't be more traumatic than it needed to be. The 2nd lady tried to upsell me by suggesting more time, but I kindly declined. She was better at massaging compared to the 1st one. Unfortunately not enough for me to leave the place pleased but a bit better. In all honesty, I don't know who these 5stars people are, but it was NOT it for me. Those 30mins spent there will be a core memory for a while until something else takes its place in the memory bank. At the price of $45 plus a tip for 30mins, I would've expected something better than what I got, but that's on me, and I learned a valuable lesson. Tl; Dr? Don't go for a full-body massage. If you are, carry your own towel/blanket and don't have high expectations. The area for the foot massages looked alright, so maybe opt for that. Check out their Google reviews. Why would a business review itself as "nice and clean"? Smh!

I loved her contagious energy. Once on her massage table you'll see she loves what she does and knows what she is doing! You will feel it emanate through her touch. As others have mentioned, she is intuitive so trust that she will take care of you. I am a big fan of her lymphatic drainage massage and fascial release (not for the weak but so good!).
