Im a small business owner and when Sal first approached me for funding options I heard him out. I…read morestarted with a small loan when I was going through a dissolution of a Partnership. We built a relationship and I wanted to give him the business. He does charge a high commission so it wasnt financially viable for me to keep on doing that. He helped me establish a business and personal credit card and took a commission off that as well. All of what he helped fund I could have gone directly to the lender or any other creditor and get the funds without a fee so going through a him or another broker wasnt advantageous. Fast forward and over a year or so he persisted and tried getting my business. I finally gave in to do a DSCR loan refinance on 2 rental properties that i have and from jump it was just an awful experience. I done many many refinances and mortgages over the years and spent 14years in lending so the process wasnt new to me. The back and forth went on for months with ever changing terms and nothing ever was in writing explicitly going over terms and numbers as you would normally find with a formal loan term disclosure statement. After being instructed to take out a $4000 advance with Klarna to get things going which i already didnt feel comfortable with and was transparent about, he advised i would get back once the loans closed. After months of back and forth, stress, and gaslighting and still no closer to closing i asked for some of the $4000 back so I can make payroll so he "lent" me $1000. He continued to ask for more documents and terms kept on changing and I just had a pit in my stomach that I was getting the short end of the stick so I backed out and lost my money. I ended closing with another awesome company a few weeks after and Sal asked for the $1000 back. Ive been paying what I could since September and here we are today and I still "owe" him $300. Mind you I sent him money today and now he is refusing to talk with me and saying he never received any money and that I will be talking with his lawyer going forward. Women owned businesses do not do business with this company as they are unethical and do not follow the lending practices that protects the consumer. Save yourself the stress and time. Do not make the same mistake I did.

I personally met with Mr. Buza to purchase an individual health insurance policy. He came with a…read morelist of all policies and prices for the personal information provided. I selected a policy costing $542 per month and provided him with a credit card number to complete the transaction. My credit card was then charged $1,124.00. When I contacted Mr. Buza, I was told that $1124.00 was actually the cost of the policy selected for my age group. He told me not to worry that the policy would be cancelled (as this was not affordable). A week later when I failed to hear back from Mr. Buza, I contacted his office only to find out I that I needed to cancel the policy myself. This has been very difficult to get straightened out and not resolved yet. Once this mistake was made by Mr. Buza, I was dropped like a hot potato...never to be heard from again. I was left to deal with this issue and begin the research again from scratch.
