I meditated two times a day as prescribed and I would "transcend" consistently (almost like a conscious nap). I would feel Physically refreshed but this never provided long term or "transformative" result I was searching for. I was under the impression that through TM I could release most stress and anxiety. not the case for me. I enjoy the information. Cliff totally assumed my disinterest stemmed from my father and "false information" on the internet (I never looked it up or spoke to my family about TM. Super random). I didn't really connect with my instructor. It's been almost a year since I started & stopped TM and just want to give others a heads up who is seeking the same relief I was looking for. What worked best for me was consistent exercise, healthy diet, and community service (as much as possible). More effective and cheaper than TM.

The color of the room made it warm, cozy, and peaceful with the mountain view looking out the window. Jenni led the group with some stretching and exercises. She is a very good teacher and a good healer. She told me to stand straight up to check my posture. In an instant, she knew where my pain was in my legs and lower back. She explained to me the reason why it did that and gave me recommendations to stand properly. I have been working on that and the pain had gone away in two weeks. I will be making appointments to take her classes in the near future.
