He opened the shop after hours just to host our group. He showed genuine hospitality from someone who truly cares about his customers and his community and the cigar experience. The humidor was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with great cigars, and the vibe was exactly what you want from a real cigar lounge: relaxed, welcoming, and authentic. Lots of cool game animals on the wall too! Troy is incredibly down to earth, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He's the kind of owner who makes you feel like a regular even if it's your first time in. Honestly they sale great smoking products but watch out for the tattoo supplies people they…read morepurchase a big bottle of KURO SUMI ink from a trusted location and then workers at phatmanz alley personally open it and place it in smaller bottles which is ILLEGAL to do for resale because bacteria can easily escape into the empty bottles during the process which destroys the point of the ink being sterilized .Also there machines don't hit hard enough to perform lines easily and there weak.There needles and tubes are packaged so there legit but they even open the cleaning supplies like green soap and place them into smaller containers for resale.
