But, with my last cut it seemed like 1/2 of the people I was seeing skipped right to the "your hair looks fantastic". For someone who has zero product and spends no more than 3-5 minutes "getting ready" this was pretty profound! Prices are super reasonable, the service is great, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The only excuse for THAT, is greed". She also told me to ask if the owners cut decided to take time off, because that's one excuse for suddenly jacking up their prices that much. I have actually gone 3 times, twice for my hair color, and once for a pedicure - all three experiences were great! Some may be put off by a couple of things. Firstly, the consultation, if you're anything like me, hair appointments are difficult to make, and to have to book a consultation FIRST, it felt like I was wasting my time - turns out, NOT - It really gave Ann Marie the knowledge she needed, and my hair turned out better than I could imagine. Another drawback, for some, is that Ann Marie works one-on-one, and going to the salon isn't a 'girl's day'. Honestly, if that's what you're looking for, then I wouldn't really suggest Ann Marie.
