Didn't really get much out of it and seems like it is something you would need to go back for multiple times to get the full benefits out of it. We could have done the foot detox but it wasn't something we were interested in so we did the red light. They also sell certain skin products as well and have monthly specials, so make sure you check those out on their website as well with their list of services they provide (it's quite extensive)! She never made me feel uncomfortable, she was friendly and a good distraction from any nerves I was feeling. I even showed up with half exfoliated skin, because what I thought was a good exfoliator wasn't and it made for a rough application. But Courtney worked with it and it ended up being flawless. There were absolutely no streaks and I felt so bad for not coming prepared appropriately with clean exfoliated skin. She didn't show any amount of frustration towards me in regards to having to make so many adjustments to my tan. She worked with it and absolutely nailed it. I highly recommend you get a spray tan from her for your next event, but make sure you follow the instructions for prep and don't be me:)
