Kristy and Angel are simply amazing massage therapists and people as well. Been coming here for years now and Sara has assembled a fantastic staff. Pleasant, welcoming and warm. You feel it upon entering the premises. To be honest if it was just Kristy that was amazing I wouldn't write a review because we'd never be able to get in to see her but Angel is superb as well. When you're ready to be good to yourself this is the place to get those knots and kinks worked out. This was a very nice experience. My husband and I did the Doubles Delight package. We had an amazing massage, facials, pedicures, and red light treatment. Our favorites were the massages and the pedicures. My husband never had a pedicure before and the last, and only, one I had was not an enjoyable experience. So, when we got it done here, it was very enjoyable and relaxing. The gals were all amazing and nice. The only downside was the red light treatment. Didn't really get much out of it and seems like it is something you would need to go back for multiple times to get the full benefits out of it. We could have done the foot detox but it wasn't something we were interested in so we did the red light. They also sell certain skin products as well and have monthly specials, so make sure you check those out on their website as well with their list of services they provide (it's quite extensive)! Came here for a pedicure. Made an appointment and was able to get in in the same week. The place was clean and didn't have a strong smell while getting my pedicure. The woman who did them did a great job and the pedicure lasted so long. No chipping or anything for about a month. I was impressed with how long it lasted. I was hoping more time would be spent on the reason I came in, instead it was a typical standard full body massage. After all the standing and bending over the stove and cooking for thanksgiving I was able to come here on Black Friday for a purifying back facial with Michelle and it was lovely. I received a gift certificate here and used it for a massage between Christmas and New Year's 2024. Scheduling was very easy, they had a weekend morning open. They open at 10, so their first appointment is 10:15. I arrived and checked in, and made sure my gift certificate was able to used. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received- they ladies at check in were very personable and I didn't fee as awkward as expected. Overall a great experience, and they regularly run seasonal specials! So give them a call before you decide on what you want to go for. read more

Do not purchase a gift card from Eagle Day Spa! We were gifted one from an incredible friend, but with life being crazy we set it aside and did not use it in the allotted time. Most companies will honor a gift card for 5 years but they told me my gift card was worthless. We also received a card from Valere around the same time. They were incredible and honored the value. It was our fault for not noticing the expiration date, but to see such a drastic contrast in policies between these two spas, made me feel inclined to warn those that may be purchasing the product. The spa may be wonderful, but unfortunately I will not know because I will take my business elsewhere. read more

This was my first time visiting and I had completely incorrect expectations going into the experience. I was expecting a spa-like experience especially given the location and price point. I was so wrong. Forget a robe or common room, not once in 3 hours was I offered water or a drink (not even a water dispenser available) and the music was way too abrasive to be relaxing. I got an eyebrow tint and the tech way over-drew my eyebrows, not following their natural shape at all and made them uneven. The gel mani pedi took forever, I just don't think the tech is very experienced and there was no massage... She super over-buffed my nails and I could cry because it takes so long for my nails to recover and get thick again after they've been buffed down to nothing. With the pedi she did the gel and immediately soaked in hot water which significantly reduces how long gel holds up without chipping. She was so rough on my cuticles and got polish on my skin. They offer other services and I know this place has a lot of positive reviews so maybe my experience is unique or I just had the wrong impression when I read the word "spa". I saw they were running some specials and I wish someone had talked to me about them or o an itemized receipt available but they didn't. This was a really disappointing experience for me but hopefully I am a one-off. read more

Worst manicure of my life. Sweet technician, but my nails were thick and lumpy-looking. Uneven. A full set took almost 3 hours.

I've been coming here nearly 5 years and am always very pleased. My aesthetician is Diane and she never disappoints. I trust her with my skin and she's very intuitive. I've had pedis here and gel manis -although admittedly I have a regular tech I've had for years elsewhere for this- when I'm in a pinch they're always quite accommodating and lots of gel colors from which to choose. Recently I had a massage from kristi and it was pretty dang good. I've been to some of the best day spas in the world and I'm particular. One of the most important things is how you're treated and the ambiance. This place is clean, quiet and the front desk staff are lovely. If i pay money for a day spa, I don't want it to feel like a last minute pedi at mass pedicure salon - that's a totally different need and experience. They have some nice skin products for sale, local jewelry and also dō-terra so it's kindof a one-stop-shop for me. A little on the spendy side, in my opinion but they have frequent specials that are good deals for - as I referred to before- a spa like experience - and they have the ionic foot detox which is awesome! I went to Jeannie for my first ever eyebrow threading.  The process was painless and she did a great job taming my very stubborn brows--they came out polished but still natural looking, which is exactly what I wanted.  Two weeks later and they still look great. I am writing this as I'm currently getting my nails done by I believe Chelsea. This was the opposite of relaxing. My fingers look good aside from them not doing dip. I will update on my toes. Chelsea is extremely unprofessional and starts odd conversations, like talking about children being intentionally poisoned and stuff. One amazing experience. After a 3 day road trip to Eagle we stopped in for a massage. I honestly have never had a massage like this one!!! I can't decide how I feel about the overall vibe from the front desk, looking for a new place to get manicures and pedicures.
