The night that I purchased the items, the store was closing so I called the store as soon as I saw the rips to ensure that my long distance number would be on the store's call log when they opened the next day. Unfortunately they did not have an answering machine. I attempted to return the ripped dress the next day even though I'd detached the tags. I figured the number of items that I purchased, the amount of money that I had spent, the fact that I'd called as soon as I found out the dress was ripped, the fact that I was visiting from another state, and the fact that my daughter and I came back to purchase more items would have been enough to receive an exception to the return policy rule concerning detached tags. The manager, Pablo, was nasty, condescending, and kept a sh%t eating grin on his face when telling me that I could not receive an exchange. More importantly, I did not want a refund, but I wanted to exchange the rip dress for another dress. Although, I will never patronize this store again, I recommend that anyone purchasing items from this store to try on all items before purchase. Lastly, I would like to say that the cashiers that assist me the night that I purchased the items had great customer service etiquette. If only Fanny & Isaiah's manager, Pablo, had great customer service skills like they do, I'm sure the store would have a 5-star rating!

Most Lane Bryant store I go to usually have the clearance panties separated out in the store. I asked them where were the clearance panties and they brought out the huge black container. One associate told us to look through it to find our size. We looked for just a few seconds and I told my niece that this is not acceptable. It would have been better for help. When my niece checked out associate told her she had a $10 reward, it didn't go through and associate just said "we can't use it". It would have been nice to explain it. My nice was looking for a bra and no associate came to help, it took us about 20 minutes to find her size. Customer service needs to be improved.

Two women were working and very busy taking merchandizing photos, and did not greet us. We were 2 of 4 customers in the store. No one of received any attention, or service. I tracked them down and asked to be fitted. Clearly, I was an annoyance to them. She took us to the front desk and measured us and left. We knew exactly what bra we wanted. We went searching for it and could not find our size. By then my friend was already ready to leave. I went again asking for assistance in finding our size and style. Again was made to feel like a terrible inconvenience to them. She could not find our sizes, went to the back and found the closest thing. By then we were done and walked out. I was able to get two jogging suits for $25 total on their sale rack individually. A lot of jogging suits cost from $14-$19. They even sell regular outfits. Those can be a little bit more expensive and can kind of challenge the price on SHEIN however, if you're just looking for quick wear, I think this is a great place to start. The ladies in there are helpful. They don't hound you while you're searching. I also bought some glasses here. I will be coming back.
