I was happy to stumble across this one based on a recommendation from a social media post. I pulled up the stores website to see if they had plus sized clothes and called to confirm they did, before I drove there after my visit. The lady on the phone confirmed they did indeed have a plus size selection so I was on my merry way. Upon entering the store I was greeted and asked if I needed help with anything. I told the lady (I really hate I forgot her name) that I was just browsing and let her know I was the one that called and asked about the plus sized clothes. She said, "oh yes, Ebone'!" Now I am sure she got that from the caller ID, but the fact that she remembered and knew (and pronounced) my name, I had to give all the stars in the world for the personable customer service. She provided me with a couple of items to try on and unfortunately nothing worked to my liking (and everything else I loved was too small), but their clothes are GORGEOUS! I ended up only getting some earrings, but wait until your girl loses a couple of pounds!!! Thanks Melodrama!

I finally decided to contact her. I am so glad I did! Valerie was very quick to respond to my contact form. We set up a time to talk on the phone. She was prompt with her call and chatted about her services and what I could expect from her. She sent me forms to fill out so she could learn a little bit more about me, my wardrobe and my needs. I settled on the package I would like; and we set up my first appointment, the closet cleanse. OMG! What an amazing 3 hours that was! Valerie was so friendly and so easy to talk to and work alongside. Through trying on lots of my clothes she was able to teach me how certain styles did not flatter my figure and which styles looked great on my frame. She took extensive notes about what I needed to fill in the gaps of my wardrobe as we purged and organized my closet. We have had two shopping trips that have been incredible.
