We built this small home so that we could have the necessary funds to retire and now those funds are gone due to all the repairs we have had to make on this home. The workmanship. Inside and out has been horrible. Granite that chips, flooring had to be replaced, baseboards have all needed to be replaced. The grading in the yard outside was not keeping the water from going to the foundation. Thus we had mold issues that we had to fix. We've replaced plumbing in both bathrooms and fixtures. Problems with the windows not being installed correctly. Convenient that Rausch Coleman was bought out by Lennar but that certainly hasn't helped us. We have fixed everything so far that had to be fixed and our cash now has been depleted significantly negatively affecting our retirement to the point where I am back to work at 70 years old!
