When we arrived and asked why wasn't there any info on construction at the place they said they are not liable to give that info out. The parking garage is a literal nightmare. Your assigned parking space is numbered and they are not in any order what so ever so you just drive sound the entire garage until you find your number. The staff is absolutely so rude and hateful. The reviews a read about the elevator experience were a little light compared to what we actually waited for them. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes PLUS to get ON the elevator another 20 minutes just to get to your floor from all the people and kids pushing buttons the elevator stays stopped longer than it does moving. The only issues we had with our room was the sliding balcony door DID NOT LOCK and the door to the room also did not have a locking feature where a small child could not unlock it. We actually had a really bad scare and could not find out one year old we thought she had gotten out of the room. Luckily she was hiding in one of the closets. But still it shouldn't have been something we even had to think of. The dryer in our room needs to be maintenance it ripped nearly an entire load of our clothes. Other than the parking garage the elevator and the door locks it is okay place to stay. I'd say for more family atmosphere do not stay here. You will smell pot . You will hear people's loud really nasty music. We will definitely go a different way next time we visit PCB. Oh and to add in there is no hot water for more than one person taking a shower.

Janet is excellent communicator and has been able to accommodate early check in's both years. Condo is updated, clean, comfortable. Well stocked with linen, kitchen necessities. Two pools, kiddie pools, hot tub. On site Tiki Bar - open until 10 or 11pm, great service. Pools currently close at dusk. Multiple security staff on site and attentive to guests. Monitor gate from beach and required bands. Security at front gate attentive. Staff at pool deck every morning, cleaning and straightening pool chairs. Staff attentive to grounds, and take pride in their work. Obviously, I cannot speak for many other negative reviews, and it's honestly sad to read the negatives because we have had such great experiences at this location, now 2 years.

That was over half of our trip. We left and couldn't stay there at all. You guys and your negligence ruined our last trip of the year. I couldn't catch the others that were running. I was too busy running for my life. If it was only this one I might have been able to get over it. I immediately messaged the owner that we were heading out of the room when it happened. I also had slept on a pillow and some foundation got on it. The owner has accused us of numerous damages and trying to charge an additional $250! We paid a $150 cleaning fee which she herself "cleans" the unit. I offered to pay for a professional laundry service but thats it. Shes saying the fireplace was damaged by water, the bathrug is stained. Its ridiculous! What if someone had on self tanner (which we did not), or a child wet the bed, or it was blood. I have never dealt with this type of situation in my life. Im 60 years old and have owned my own professional cleaning service for 38 years. I always sweep and clean sinks and counters at any rental. This unit had a dehumidifier that I had to empty three times. We only stayed 3 nights! I paid $1100 that included a cleaning fee. Surely cleaning the sheets properly is included in that $150. Do not rent that unit unless you bring you own linens! Be prepared for the ac and dehumidifier to keep you up all night. This whole situation ruined out trip! Unfortunately, I gave a wonderful review through vrbo upon our arrival. Lesson learned!
