Our experience has been nothing short of 100% positive- the curriculum, the activities, the food, and the communication have all exceeded our expectations. Safety, cleanliness, and our child's mental and emotional health were the priority for us when we were searching for a preschool and we could not be happier with our choice. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking in East Cobb!

They could not reach his father so they called me, and I was at work. The owner John Fudge proceeds to tell me that my son has been crying uncontrollably since he was dropped off (at that time it had been about 40 mins), that he has a bump on his head, it's unusual for him to act like this, and that I may need to take him to the doctor to have him checked out. My response was a bump? I didn't see a bump on his head this morning, his father took him to school and he didn't see one either so I say okay, If I can't reach his father to come back and get him I will pick him up. I ended up picking him up and they have me sign a document called a statement of illness. It claims they saw bruises on him and the bump on the head. I walk in the room to get him, he isn't crying anymore, I see the bump on his head and I say to the teacher that it looks like a mosquito bite. He also had 3 mosquito bites on his right leg from being outside the night before. The teacher looks at me with this blank look and says nothing. I tell my son, lets go. I call his doctor on the way home to make an appointment for him to come in that same day, even though I don't think anything is wrong, just to cover my bases because I felt like they were documenting this in a way that sounded really bad and they have never documented his illness before. I picked up up a little before 11 am. I take him to the doctor at 2 pm, they acknowledge that they are indeed mosquito bites and that he seems to have an allergic reaction to them, that accounts for the redness and swelling. He also had no bruises anywhere on his body, only mosquito bites. Before I could get out of the doctor's office I'm getting phone calls from a number I don't recognize. I check my voicemail and it's Cobb County DCFS. I call them back and the lady says she has to see me in person and check on my son because of the case that has been opened on me. I lost it! I started crying, then I got angry, then I got scared. She was very understanding and said I had every right to feel the way I felt. She wouldn't tell me details of the complaint over the phone but I knew it was the school! I just could not believe they went to that extreme before even getting an explanation for anything! So I went back to the doctor crying ridiculously and informed them that they reported me to DCFS. They just shook their heads and gave me enough documents to show to the case worker and said it should be fine. We had to have a visit from DCFS that same day and the first thing she said when she saw my son was she could not believe they reported this to them. She said they would close the case but we are still in the system and went through an ordeal that could have been avoided with proper communication. Also, the case worker said the person who reported the incident said my 2 year old son who can't string together a full sentence told them daddy put the bump on his head. We asked him what happened to his head and his answer switched 3 times! Needless to say we removed him from this school. Check the pictures, below, all bug bites they said were bruises. Of course they defended their decision to make that call based on the laws of mandated reporters but even a mandated reporter should have some common sense and communicate with the parents before making that decision. They had 24 hrs to report suspected abuse, they did not even give me the opportunity to explain anything. No one was there to talk to me when I went to pick him up, just here, sign this form. No one told me that they had questioned him and he said his dad did it, even though when his dad dropped him off he didn't start crying until they took him out of his arms. He did not want to stay. The police don't question children without a parent being present so how are they able to do it? Also, if you really think a child is being abused, you call the supposed abuser to come and pick him up? I may not be familiar with some things but I still feel like they escalated this far beyond what was necessary and my child has never had any problems period! So send your child there if you want to but make sure you document everything so if your child goes to school with a bump or cries excessively you can have all your ducks in a row. This incident was enough for me to lose trust in their decision making when it comes to my child. I would forever be on edge sending him there worried that they might see something minor and report it just because they can (oh i'm sorry, because they have a suspicion, even though there has never been any indication of abuse). My son is a daredevil and I am thankful mosquito bites and an occasional cold are all I have had to deal with so far. I am also glad I had sense enough to take him to the doctor and have documentation backing me up!

I'm so amazed at how much he knows already for his age. He's already speaking so well and it amazes me to see his progress. The teachers are definitely doing there job. The facility is clean, the teachers are amazing with keeping you updated with there progress throughout the day, the front desk are always helpful and willing to assist with anything. The facility is controlled access. You must enter your code to enter the building which was a plus for me. The classrooms are organized and well kept. I love the many events they have through out the year for the children. The owner Mrs. Raneet is amazing and cares about the school and the quality of care your child receives. I came to her with concerns and she was always willing to fix anything or correct any issues that was there. Super sweet and always willing to help you anyway she can. Thank you :)

From kitchen not bring proper cleaned to not having proper staffing ( they do just hire anyone , especially people who don't speck English as first language ) no nurse or duty no Janitor service. Overworked front office staff, owner very smart mouth towards staff, we've lost our director/ curriculum coordinator all in a matter of a month . Yhey don't train anyone, they sit you in a room with a computer no actual knowledge if staff can do CPR/First Aid nor properly change diapers. Primrose as a whole is a great school, but this location needs a lot more work to be better safer and more clipped for how many students they continuously try to enroll knowing they do Have the staff . Good luck to all parents nd new employees.

All the good ones either quit or were fired. I knew it could get ugly when the last director retired. She was outstanding!! I had no idea how the atmosphere would chance. My granddaughter was pulled out of there as soon as we were able to transition her somewhere else. Faith clearly has a big problem with other skin, complexion's lighter than her own, as well as Caucasians!! I am really hoping that KinderCare does the right thing and gets rid of this lady. She's not fit to be around children let alone adults.

When Ms. Hudson assumed leadership, she provided an environment that was safe, nurturing, and inclusive for all children, which hasn't always been the case at Creme. My son immediately began to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally as a direct result of her implementation of an organized well-rounded curriculum, employment of competent, passionate educators who love all children, and holding staff to a higher level of educational excellence. Before Ms. Hudson arrived, there was excessive staff turnover, numerous incidents with staff and educators, and children were not benefiting from the advertised stem, music, art, and language classes. Ms. Hudson not only changed that, but organized learning in a structured format that focused on individual student needs and ensured children weren't overwhelmed. I also noticed that communication with parents improved under her leadership. She had several open channels of communication and any concern I expressed was addressed immediately and above satisfaction. Ms. Hudson was creating an environment that was safe for ALL children in East Cobb. I had confidence that my child would be well-cared for, safe, and that I would be treated with fairness and equity under her leadership. I do not feel as confident in the learning center now that she is gone. Hopefully they can find a new Director with the same values as Ms. Hudson. She really turned the school around in the short time she was there.
