Order meals by Thursday and pick up Sunday between 12:30pm-2:30pm. They are super organized and text you a reminder the day of, and have a station set-up for pick up with a team in place to help you. You get these nice thermal bags with your meals with a small ice pack which was nice because I usually run errands on Sundays and didn't have to rush home. I'll admit the window of time is not my preference, but it's such a small inconvenience and part of running a business so I totally get it, especially since the food is so amazing and her customer service is great! Plus they do offer delivery for a small fee, I just haven't taken advantage of that yet. And I liked that everyone is masked and clearly following health protocol with the pandemic right now. I've used a variety of meal plan services over the years and have gotten used to a little bit of limited flavor in exchange for health but that is not the case here. I ordered the 10 meals pack and the food is delicious! From creamy cauliflower mac and cheese, cheese chicken breast, steak slices with onion, chicken salad, cauliflower chicken fried rice and so much more everything has been amazing! It was so good that after the first week, I decided to order for the month (she offers a 4 week discount if you order in advance) and again, not disappointed at all! Also, she's super encouraging! Like I said, I'm new to keto and started instagramming my journey and she comments on every post with positive motivation and it's super helpful! You can tell she really cares about her clients. I've recommended a bunch of people already to try her out already and hope they do! Oh! and I forgot to mention, she also has some great snacks. I had this little keto ice cream ball and it tasted just like frozen cookie dough in my opinion lol which brought back childhood memories. So good! I feel that everyone has their own experience and it is different for everyone, but I will go out of my way to write a good review when I feel that something phenomenal happens and it's well deserved. With that said, every meal I have eaten that Lee had prepared has been delicious and very filling. I was very excited to have found a local meal prep place that not only has fantastic food but has a true home cooking flare that is fresh and flavorful, unlike competitors that are bland and/or packaged manufactured meals. All meals are delicious but I do have my favorites that just feels like home (ensalada de pollo and lasagna). And each week there are different meals that don't make you feel like it's a routine. As an added bonus, Lee went above and beyond to correct an oversight with my order and I was extremely grateful for the extra snacks and meals she added to my order. It wasn't just the extras she provided but the extra awesome customer service she provided. I will continue to order from Lee for the great food and the customer service when I am keto'ing.
