She just finished putting together her Yelp friendly photo opp area. She told me how excited she was as she took pictures of her handiwork and sent them quickly in a text. I perused the rows of everything from cacti to ferns, trying to find that perfect gift. If you ever thought for a moment that you don't have the green thumb to sustain life, then an air plant might be right up your alley. The air plant display was aggressive and it allowed a range of sizes from pinky to fist and larger. Not only. Would you find the care instructions on the wall, but there were paper copies to take too. Apparently it's harder than it looks. Plants dotted the windows overlooking the neighboring business and cars that passed. Broad leaves hung boldly overhead and little potted delights sat whimsical on tiny shelves. The whole scene just cried out for a nearby cafe with proximal seating to all this beauty. This is not a bargain shop. It's a little quirky mom and pop with a slim profit margin. The "step down stoops are wider and safer with this install. Everything looks brand new. There had been a trench from a generator install and the supervisor of the crew offered to grade, reseed, and edge this area as well. Same attention to detail as with the pavers. The crew was quick, particular to details, and went above and beyond their quoted work. Not only does everything look fresh and new, and the crew added a few sparkly-coordinating colors of pavers to add some contrast!!! Perfect!!! The work was even completed a day earlier than expected. After paying $850.00 he left my property with leaves in every flower bed, leaves under every bush on the property and leaves and twigs and branches everywhere! Then tells me this is from my neighbor's leaves blowing onto my property and can take care of it in the spring. My neighbbors hired good people and don't have lots of leaves on their property. Wonder how much he would charge me for a spring clean-up. The only thing this guy knows how to do is charge high prices up front for inferior work. My neighbors lawns look great because they had people that knew what they were doing and mine looks like a piece of crap! Doesn't even deserve 1 Star, but made me leave something. I was out yesterday trying to blow the leaves that were left under my bushes on the property! This guy does not know the first thing about taking care of a large piece of property. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company.
