The level of incompetence at this particular swim school is astounding. On what would have been our first lesson, I received a call asking whether we could come in early as they had some openings. I said absolutely, packed up my toddler, loaded in to the car and headed off. As I'm pulling in to the parking lot 10 minutes later, I receive another phone call stating that due to the weather they cannot conduct the earlier lesson (it is now disclosed that the pool is outdoors). And informing me that my originally scheduled lesson cannot be canceled yet as they don't do weather cancellations more than 30 minutes prior to a lesson. At this point I requested to cancel the $340 lessons and requested a refund as we hadn't yet begun. This is where the true frustration began. Initially they advised that the refund would be processed immediately. 5 weeks later, still not having been received, I contacted my bank who confirmed no refunds had been received and then reached out to the swim academy and asked whether an issue had occurred. They immediately emailed me an account summary stating a refund had been sent. Another week goes by, and no refund. So I email again indicating that the refund hadn't been received. I receive a response telling me refunds may take 4-5 business days. Well, as it's been roughly 30 business days, I'd say we're well past that. So I respond indicating that the refund was supposedly processed 6 weeks ago, TO WHICH THEY RESPOND " Great! Glad to hear the refund went through!" This is why children should not run your business (there may be an adult somewhere in the building but unfortunately they were never bothered with or informed of my issue).

His ability to adjust on the fly, make the sessions fun, while still teaching our child how to swim and be safe, was amazing to watch. His communication and flexibility with scheduling lessons was always easy and open. Even when our first few sessions were difficult (through no fault of his own), he stayed consistent and driven to helping our child. By the time our sessions concluded, our child was not only swimming confidently, but he was asking over and over again when can he swim with Max. HIIT circuit training for an hour and You go at your own pace. This location in particular had an amazing staff team. Everyone was so nice. They explained how everything works. The coach checked in on me several times during workout to make sure I was doing things right. And I got a good burn! Everyone assisted to clean the equipment when we switch stations. And they do a great job of spraying down everything after every class.
