My daughter has cerebral palsy and Coach Leeza has taken very good care of her. At first my wife and I were very worried because our daughter still does not walk and we thought that it would be very difficult to learn how to defend herself in the water and although she is not yet able to defend herself (after 4 classes), the progress my daughter has made is important. My daughter has an immunodeficiency and swimming in an indoor heated pool has given her an activity that is helpful and educational. She has made a lot of friends and LOVES the staff. We decided to enroll our 2 kids in June. On June 30th we paid the month of July. In total we paid almost $500.00 just for July. The next day, on July first we learned that my kid was exposed to COVID by his Speech therapist. So we had to follow the protocol and stay home for 2 weeks. So I called the swim school and I asked for a refund because they were going to be out half of the month and the cases started to skyrocket in Florida that week. They refused to give me a refund and they just gave the option to give me a credit for future use. I have to say that the companies that will succeed in the this crisis have to nimble and considerate. It is totally unfair to have these strict policies. At the end they will not lose one kids but 2. Like I said, we loved the instructors but we decided to move to a private instructor that comes to our house for the same price wiith more relax rules related to payment.

He thoroughly explained the membership offerings and facilities, and thoughtfully matched us with trainers and classes aligned with our goals. He has consistently served as a supportive and reliable point of contact. I joined in September 2025 after more than a decade without regular exercise and was completely out of shape. My husband, while naturally active, had never worked out in a gym environment. Based on our medical needs and age--both of us in our 50s--Aaron recommended we train with Matthew Rossello. Matthew is an extraordinary trainer: highly knowledgeable, upbeat, energetic, and genuinely invested in our well-being and progress. Each session is unique, engaging, and tailored to our needs. On days when I feel unmotivated, knowing that Matthew will make the workout both enjoyable and rewarding is what gets me through the door. In just four months, both my husband and I have made progress we never imagined possible. Aaron also recommended Pia's indoor cycling classes, and she has been fantastic. Pia is incredibly entertaining, curates great music, and designs classes that are dynamic and motivating. Her sessions incorporate a variety of movements and speeds, and even include a brief meditation. I truly look forward to her classes--something I never expected to say about cycling! We have also come to enjoy yoga classes with Angela. She brings a calming, mindful approach that helps relax both body and mind, while offering stretches that leave us feeling renewed. The club overall is excellent. The facilities are comprehensive and consistently clean, and the food is outstanding. My only suggestions would be to address maintenance needs in the showers and consider enlarging the sauna--along with adding a more visible clock. I strongly recommend all parents to do baby swim with their babies it helps them to feel comfortable and safe in the water. The only downside is that there are no dressing rooms with showers. My partner just came back…read morefrom playing basketball in the gym when this dumb incompetent worker who was not paying attention decided to close his ankle in the bleachers while she was closing it up, she didn't even bother to check if the bleachers where clear of any items or people. He went to grab his items from the bleachers and she started to close them so he started to yell at her stop multiple times very loud even another person who was playing basketball stopped and heard him yelling for help, so my partner turns around and sees her incompetent self looking down and not paying attention. Once she finally notices after a couple minutes of crushing his ankle she proceeds to say "did you get caught" and he says "yes" and instead of asking him if he's okay she asks him to reach her a ball from the top of the bleachers that she just CLOSED while he can barely put any weight on his foot. I hope nobody leaves their child unattended with this woman (she is a blonde young girl) unless they want their child crushed by the bleachers as well. Hopefully she loses her jobs she's a major liability.
