Had a vision for the t-shirt I wanted for my birthday and when I couldn't find it online or in Etsy, decided to hit up the T-shirt Diner at Galleria Mall. This spot is located on the first floor and fairly easy to find. I had an excellent experience here. My only thing is I didn't love the t-shirt selection, but you're also able to bring in your own t-shirt if you want, too. We just were running short on time so decided to just grab one there anyway. Plus, I was planning on cutting it. The girl who helped me was fantastic. I told her the kind of font I wanted and the color. She nailed it! I wanted "What's my Age again?" like the blink 182 song and then the letter "34" on the back haha. She was so helpful! And they have so many different fonts and colors to pick from. It only took a half hour to make the shirt which was awesome. I didn't realize I could pick it up day of! Loved that. And it only was about $20. Not bad! Super good value there. Definitely going to come back here again if I ever need another shirt designed. I'm not crafty enough to do it myself, so love that I can just come here. read more

I had such a great experience here! The male designer that helped me brought my vision to life beautifully. Surprisingly such a quick and seamless process. He went over all the different options I had, and designed them live via Photoshop on a screen so that I could better conceptualize the tshirt design. I came here to get some custom work shirts made for my father in law as a Christmas gift. What's really cool is that you can bring them your idea, and they are able to mock up a draft right in front of you on adobe photoshop, and they had a lot of helpful advice on design ideas. That said, my poor review is for several other reasons: 1. They have a lot of premade designs that are displayed on the walls on both sides. There are quite a few that are extremely in appropriate and would be more suited being found in an adult store. 2. For a place called "the t shirt diner" they had an extremely small selection of shirts that they sell in house. And I don't mean that their stock was low (which it was, but that was a little understandable as it was only a couple days before Christmas). I mean that they only have two material options, and a few different shirt designs. I would expect a place like this to have a plethora of material and design options. However, we felt the need to go shopping for shirts elsewhere 3. Their pricing is not outrageous, but I feel it's still quite steep. The price between buying a shirt there, or just bringing your own is very minimal. I did end up having them print two shirts though, and I have to admit, the shirts did come out great and I was very happy with the result. I've been here three times, and each time I come here, I receive top-notch service and wonderful shirts. They follow directions well and their prices are very reasonable. If you want to do a custom shirt & have it last, I'd go to T-Shirt Diner. I have been getting custom apparel done here for years & the quality is legit. I'm in a sorority & have made Greek apparel for myself & my littles. There are no issues even after many washes. I personally create my own designs, but they are all graphic designers & can help you out as well. It'll be easier on them if you know exactly how you want it to look. I email my designs so they have everything they need when I get there & to speed up the process. They have basic apparel that you can purchase there to print the designs on, but I bring in my own. Their two locations are both a drive for me, but I've never had to leave & come back a different day to pick it up. It's usually done in 30 min. & in that time I walk around the mall & shop. It is expensive & you'll be paying a base fee $25 per item then additional fees such as an extra $5 if it's front & back. It really all depends. I do not recommend if it is a bulk order. There are many places in Las Vegas that do custom apparel for a good price & the more you are purchasing, the cheaper it is. However, there aren't many places that let you print out just one custom design, which is why T-Shirt Diner is good for that. I also do not recommend if you don't care about the quality. If you plan on only wearing it once, then I would just use an iron-on heat transfer. read more

In walks the T-shirt Wizard. This guy is cool, calm and collective and knows how to magically turn your vision into a shirt in t-minus ten minutes. He helped me find the exact image of what I was looking for and even asked details regarding letter sizes, style and offered his expert advice. He pointed me to the t-shirts I could choose from. I expected them to be some cheap, itchy overpriced poor quality shit I would never want to wear again. Wrong! Straight up fitted American Apparel t-shirts in several colors, sizes to choose from! Totally winning. While waiting for my shirt to be printed I looked all around and noticed they have trucker hats, baseball tees and dog shirts:) The Wizard said you can even bring in your own shirts. Have you tried to get a single shirt designed for an event in the past few years? Unless you want to spend the time and energy to make it yourself, there are not many places to go either in town or online that can help you. I've found my new go-to spot for custom t-shirt design. You start by picking the shirt color, style, and size you want and try it on in the dressing area. Then you need to tell the employee what you want on you shirt. This is the fun part. DESIGN: Customers can use one of T-Shirt Diner's many logo designs or the employees will help you create a unique message or image for your shirt. I was looking for a design based on an image in the public domain. I mention that because I am not sure what their restrictions are in using images. The guy helping us started manipulating the image to make it look just the way we wanted. He was patient and incredibly helpful. We added our font, and played with the color in the image. When we hit a creative wall and needed some ideas for the back of the shirt we asked him (and another employee) for their input and they gave us some great ideas. We then got to look at the large screen on the wall and see what the lettering/image/design would look like when it was done. The gentleman helping is used a measuring tape to show us the size of the images on the front and back of our shorts. The employee helping us was very attentive. Unfortunately, when we went to pick up the shirts they had switched up some of the images. We pointed out the error and they made two new shirts for us. PRICE: We spent approximately $50 per shirt. Our shirts were more expensive because they utilized a variety of colors and the images we selected (front and back) were large. OVERALL: The shirts were exactly what we were looking for, they looked professional and we received a number of compliments on the design. The best print store in Vegas!!!! The staff are so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly the moment you interact with them. They help you with your design from start to finish. They measure the product you wish to print on and give you an idea of what the final product will look like on their screen before they print it, which is a big help! If you're not too experienced with any sort of designing program such as Photoshop or Illustrator then it's no worry, because T-Shirt diners got you! This is the only print shop I go to!!! I am a current resident of CA but visited Vegas for the weekend. Due to using an unprofessional company that cancelled my order a day before needed, I was left in a panic and searched the entire city for the quickest option. I had an order of 12 shirts that needed to be printed for a dance team picnic. Long sleeve, front, right sleeve and back. The back of the design was jersey like and acquired different names on each shirt. Although, they didn't have the long sleeves I wanted because the style was out of season, they allowed me to purchase shirts else where and bring them in. The entire staff was so welcoming and knowledgable, it made the process so much easier and gave me a sense of relief that the job could be done. Jess helped me out and was amazing! She made sure my design and ideas we're exactly what I was looking for. The shirts came out great and I was able to pick them up the same exact day I ordered them. I usually use bigger shirt company's to get an order like this done but I honestly will never mind paying the extra few bucks for the easiest process and fastest service. I was originally happy with the work that was done here. I got 25 shirts made. Most had something put just on the front. A few had writing put on the back as well. The pricing was fair enough, as most came out to +/- $25. When I came back to get the writing on the back added to just one more shirt, they wanted to charge me the full $25 again. This consisted of a bring your own shirt fee (unreasonable since it was bought from them and printed on by them the first time) and the vinyl press / "setup cost". Having already paid for this shirt through them and having my settings saved in their system for future use, I thought it would be an easy add on costing $5-8. No such luck. It's unfortunate because I have several more events coming up and liked the ability to go to a store here in town to speak in person as opposed to ordering online like I'd done in the past. read more

I wanted a geekie running shirt for a race I was running on Geek Pride Day (May 25th mark your calendars), but I couldn't find any anywhere. I walked by the store in the Meadows Mall and they had men's tech shirts. I went in to ask about women's ones, and they said they didn't have any, but that I could bring in my own shirt for printing. A week later I hit up Dicks Sporting Goods at the Galleria, got my shirt, and took it down to the T-Shirt Diner. I had expected it to be a bit of a hassle, but they were great. I told them what I wanted on the front of the shirt, and he had me pick a font and color. He even fixed the layout to make certain words standout. I then asked about putting an image on the back. He did a quick google search, grabbed and modified the image, and once again took my idea and made it better. He was very responsive to anything I wanted. Once it was all laid out, I left my shirt and wandered the mall for about 20 minutes as they had other shirts ahead of mine. I came back, and my shirt wasn't done. They were out of the color I picked, but offered me an upgrade to a similar metallic color instead. It worked for me, so less then ten minutes later I was out the door, grinning like a fool, and happy with my new shirt. ~$32 for front and back printing on my own shirt. That weekend I wore it to the Badass Dash obstacle run and it held up great. I was worried the printing would come off as I crawled through the mud and dirt, but it still looks great and has become one of my regular running shirts. I have been suggesting this place to anyone that needs a shirt printed. They know their stuff and can make your ideas into a great design. I'm trying to decide what to get printed next. read more

After a friends passing I had some shirts made here for a memorial and they came out amazing!! I ended up needing 45 and still need to order a few more. I was added on a discount for the shirts and was very pleased with the out come and customer service I received. However tonight I went in with my brother to order some shirts for his truck group and the service we received was horrible, the guy who helped us was anything but helpful he was rushing and complaining about getting to some dance class. When asked if there was any type of discount due to my previous orders the last two weeks he was not very friendly when he told me no that it's a separate file so we need to start over ( which I understand just could have been nicer about it ) T shirt diner has been awesome and very helpful with previous orders I was disappointed that when referring my brother here we were treated the way were. I'm rocking this men's baseball tee with a Disney font that says "Hug dealer". It's awesome to see the designer behind the counter work with you on the big screen and be really flexible with ideas. My friend had a photo taken on an iPhone which she emailed and they definitely printed that photo on a shirt which wasn't bad in quality! It only took 45 minutes for two shirts considering you can kill time shopping or eating or both. Although my friend called ahead of time the person who told her if she were to bring in her own shirt it would have to be 100% cotton but the shirts they provided were only 50% cotton. We still tipped the man behind the counter with him working with us. I'll be back soon with another shirt idea. read more

I have used thie t-shirt diner a few times now and I must say I am a fan. As a small business owner, I often want to make a few small runs of shirts, etc for my staff or for promotional purposes. Trying to find a printer can be time consuming and costly, especially for small runs of an item. Sizing and colors and everything you want to change from one item to the next incurs a large fee with printers. The T-shirt Diner is the easy way to get s few items done quickly and cost effectively. You can get most things done in the same day, even while you are shopping in the mall. (come back in an hour and it's done) The last time I used them, there was a small issue with my items not being ready when promised. I waited a few hours in the mall and they were eventually done. With the rush of getting them done, I noticed when I got home that there were some defects with some of the vinyl logos they had applied. I took them back a few days later and they appologized and fixed them for me at no extra charge. This was very nice to see. You can even bring in your own clothing for them to print on! Complete and utter garbage. We stood near the counter waiting ...and waiting to even get spoken to while two people helped one lady. The girl who was working gave me the dirtiest look once she glanced up from her phone and then continued to ignore us. Then someone came out from the back and helped us. Every employee was completely rude. The store's carpet is falling apart and I almost fell over the tape where they were "attempting" to make it safer for customers to walk on. Never again. I set up an account for a bridal party so we could all get our shirts made at the same place. I did the leg work of getting it set up and making sure pricing was made so I can share it with the entire group of girls for the bachelorette weekend coming up. The quality of the print came out great but I'm so unhappy with their customer service. One of the girls went in today and they quoted her $20 for the printing, when I had paid $25. I called in and wanted to know why they changed the pricing and he said they had updated the account and made that new price. We had enough girls make a purchase that they decided to issue a discount. I asked if I would be able to get a refund and they said they can't do that. I think the discount is awesome but I feel like that's so unfair when they told me it be $25. I brought them extra business by setting up this account. I'm glad it's only $5 I'm losing out on but thats beside the point. I'm so unhappy and will think twice about going back there or recommending it to anyone else I know. Sorry guys! read more
