I made 5 attempts to request assistance from the store through email, Facebook messenger, and unanswered phone calls during business hours. No return messages or calls. So I have a $275 pair of broken sunglasses that we had for 2 days and they are trash because they will not return a message or update the receipt so it does not show "custom x1" as your product description. The store has great brands and quality but are lacking customer service and do not seem to stand behind the products they sold to us.

They helped with baiting the hooks, unhooking the catches, cleaning the fish, and providing unparalleled entertainment. We couldn't have asked for a better day on the water, the fish were biting and the weather was absolutely perfect. The captain kept putting us right on the fish and we ended the trip with plenty to bring to a restaurant for a hook and cook dinner. I can't recommend this place enough, the price is right and the people running it and keeping it going are great. The captain even let us know when a pod of dolphins were nearby so we could enjoy seeing them! Such an unexpected and great bonus to the day! It is BYOB if you want, but onboard they do have some beverages and snacks for purchase (cash only on board), but we brought our own which worked out well. Tickets can be purchased with debit or credit cards, but cash on board is king for drinks/snacks, tips, and fish cleaning so make sure to bring some cash for your day on the water! If you're in the middle keys and want a great value for a fishing trip without a full charter, this is the best there is and totally worth it.

I live in Miami and it takes me about two hours to get down to the Marathon Lady but it is definitely worth to drive and I pass about a dozen other party boats on the way. There is no party fishing boat that is better than the Marathon Lady, I know because I have tried them all. It's a family run business, and all of the crew always recognized me and my cousin. The Marathon Lady is the only Fishing boat that I recommend to everybody.

I was looking at my receipts and comparing them to my online banking transactions and saw a discrepancy. I called and said just that. The lady said, in a very nasty way "tthere are signs all over the place, there is a 3.9% extra charge to use a credit card". First, I was asking in a polite way and you don't need to attack me. Second, is gouging really a nice practice as it adversely affects your local population too? Or do they know not to come to this business because you do gouge? Anyway, next year, we won't come here and will call to see who is the best bait place to go to that respects their customers and neighbors.
