Presently patients are only allowed to make outgoing phone calls for a short time as long as you have a ROI signed you can talk to the nurses to see how your loved one is proceeding. Sometimes it is difficult to reach the nurses or their supervisor. Unless it is a actual emergency I would be careful in using these types of facilities. In my wife's case it was due her medication change.

Understanding your concerns better is essential to us, and we would benefit from additional information." As it's Friday, I explained that I don't need him to be seen this week, I just want to make the appointment. She said that it doesn't work that way, as she would first have to take down my information, verify my insurance, and then call me back to make the appointment. I said fine and suggested that she do all that now to save time, asI didn't want to have to wait any longer than I have to to get him an appointment. She said something about their owners being out of town this week, and that I would still have to wait until Monday. I'm not sure why their owners would need to be present to take down information. I again asked her to explain why they had to wait until Monday, and she again explained that that they aren't accepting any children this week. I again explained that I don't need him to be SEEN this week, I just want to get the ball rolling on his appointment, as Thanksgiving is next week (short work week) and I'm going out of town the following week. In the end, I didn't get anywhere with that woman. I DO NOT recommend this place. If they're too incompetent to even take down information, I don't want my son to be seen by them.
