Light bulbs are out atleast 2 in a couple of the beds, the stand up level 2 is disqusting and bulbs were out of course. Then todays experience the actual bulbs in the drop ceiling were completely out so only a select few beds were able to be used. What a mess i mean im no business owner but golly get it together.... I spoke with the receptionist who offered no solution other than to come in the following day to talk with the manager, I asked if she could speak with the manager and she informed me I could call the Port Huron location to speak with her. I called that location and the manager said they would not take the certificate because it was over a year old, although the expiration date section was crossed out by the employee who wrote the certificate. They offered no apology or small discount, this is stupid and bad business as well as very poor customer service.

The colour selection was very limited. The girl who did my nails was friendly, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the job she did. There are air bubbles throughout the shallac nail polish. Some nails are much darker than others. I went back to have a couple nails fixed (a few hours after swallowing my polite instinct to say nothing). They promptly assisted me and they are less lumpy, but it is still not a high caliber job and certainly not worth the money. Again, lovely staff, but this is the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had.

I had a wedding I was standing up in, in two days, and she worked around my crazy schedule, no problem. With the color of the bridesmaid dresses, I felt I definitely needed more color than I had and was planning on running to the tanning bed a few times, if I was even going to have time, but am so glad I didn't. If you're a newbie, make sure to get the instructions from her on the do's and don't's. After that she'll walk you through the process, which she makes super simple and comfortable. The color is always right, looks natural, and even when it starts to fade (for me after a solid 7-10 days, or if you're really good you can stretch it to 14 days), it still looks pretty good. I always go to her before big events, but ESPECIALLY for my spring wedding this year- after a long yucky winter- the spray tan was on point! THANKS KELLEY!
