Now, a year later, the owner, Ann, is telling me I'm missing 10 points and claiming the upgrade was not free. She initially tried to blame it on a separate incident where my tanning bed shut off within the first 10 seconds, and I had to call the front desk to restart it. Apparently, that was documented as two sessions in one day, which makes no sense. It's really disappointing to hear that an employee's word means nothing, even after I explained the situation. I took note of every session I went, who checked me in and how many point I was suppose to have left . This is not how you run a business by backtracking on what was promised and refusing to stand by your staff's word.
