I had an awful experience, the receptionist I dealt with was too busy talking to other customers, she rushed me and i believe recommended the wrong amount of minutes. I believe her name was Helen, as I heard another customer say her name, she didn't give me any instructions on how to use the sunbeds, as Im A beginner when it comes to sunbeds and it was my first time at this particular shop. Furthermore the shop was untidy, and I was recommended 9 minutes, I come off burnt and was in quite a bit of pain. Maybe they should offer a consultation or something before recommending 9 minutes to a beginner.

Serviced by a few wonderfully friendly nature ladies I've so far always felt wery welcome, unhurried and satisfied with the excellent sunbeds and value for money. £70.00 buys me 120 minutes and all I need is 6 minutes twice a week to maintain a safe natural looking tan and this is my 4th week. The opening times for this branch compared to most are EXTREMLY useful for those who work late…read more Not everyone starts at 9am and finishes at 5pm. If only the banks understood that!!! They close at 9pm Monday to Friday which compared to the Hammersmith branch which closes at 8pm I used to use is miles better. Also the staff are extremely helpful and on one occasion let me in even though it was 10 mins from closing time which I was grateful for as that day I had finished work a lot later than normal.

Be warned - you can turn up on a Sunday and find the place closed. Unreliable staff member who looks she need a good wash and some training in customer service. I went to the Tanning Shop on Notting Hill Gate for a spray tan. I opted for dark with an…read moreaccelerator. I showered about 6 hours after having it done (recommended minimum with accelerator is 4 hours) I had absolutely no tan at all apart from a little on my arms and chest. I called the next day and asked for the manager. She told me that they don't do refunds and to call customer services. I asked for the number which she said she didn't have!!! I emailed as I couldn't find a number online. They have been emailing back and forth about what shower gel I must have used for the tan not to take. I have done this tanning system (mystic tan) many many times at Heidi Klein and it works great on me. Either something is wrong with their machine or someone didn't put the colour cartridge in correctly. Again they said they don't do refunds and offered me another tan. I don't live in London so I don't want another tan and I don't want to waste time going there anyway. I'm now on holiday and ghostly white! and they won't even give me my £15 back. What a crap place! Give it a miss.

I when with a friend to introduce him this place, we wait, its normal the girls are busy cleaning the tanning beds , after a while a woman show up, this was the worst customer service experience that I never had in my life , and I work in the same industry, for this reason i never put reviews because I can understand a lot of things but... we went there for the special offer on Sundays and we asked for it ,the woman look at us like we came from another planet and she said "I don't have any idea what are you talking about", when we try to explain what we wanted in another way she said that she couldn't understand us , I was so embarras and she said " wherever you want today we are fully book come back other day". we were in shock and I said to her why she was so rude she answered bye... there are a lot of people that want work, need work and are able to give a good service
