I have been getting work from the best in Clarksville for over 20 closer to 25. I will never go back to dark rain again and I would tell anyone else who asked me that they can find better service at over 100 different locations all over Clarksville that will give you better for your money and time you cannot be so rude to a new customer when you're trying to grow your customer base and I hope this place goes out of business. They were the rudest people except for the woman at the desk that I've ever met and the artist Charley if they know what's good for them and they don't go out of business they should refrain from hiring artists like this in the future and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I'm gonna contact every avenue I can. I'm gonna tell every person I can. I was coming back to that place. I was very excited about it and now I wouldn't pay $.50 for any of their work would not let me speak to a manager. I'm a customer. You are a legitimate business. I asked to speak to a supervisor a manager and owner and all I got was that is harassment. Has nothing to with harassment....if someone is that rude i reserve the right as a paying customer and one who would've returned and got lots of work to talk to management and to have them act like my problem was legitimate. Alienating what customer base you do have (which I doubt is of any significance if people here know them) but not for long won't be very good. Now im at another shop about to get work. This woman Charles wants to Put on her and I quote deposit appointment and cancellation policy form that rescheduling must be done a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment and the clients are expected to arrive on time. If you anticipate running late, you must notify the studio as soon as possible arriving more than 30 minutes late may result in a forfeit of the deposit and this broad change the time of my appointment three times in 24 hours what a joke this it of a person needs to read and follow their own contract just like the customers, and if people want good service, this is definitely not the place,the very rudest and most unprofessional establishment I've ever been to and I'm from Clarksville and have been in the tattooing circle for over 20 years so go to this place at your very own discretion and dont get upset for your loss of time transport because she'll say Thats harassment even though she is attempting to grow her business and your paying for the service. Telling someone to quit texting you for their being upset that the contract was broken sounds like a 5 year old. Terrible owner. Terrible business.

The space is very clean, and the jewelry is always top quality, and a decent price point. Icon is the shop you go to when you want to be pierced correctly from the start with quality jewelry. Icon has better hygiene standards than most doctors' offices I've been to. What rounds out what I like most about Icon is their balance between customer service friendliness and not suffering foolishness. Especially, now that I'm older, I genuinely like that they expect adults to act like adults and follow the rules that they've set out. My only issue with this business has always been the parking. The parking is kind of awful, but then again that's downtown Nashville for you.

Until today, she's never so much as walked into a tattoo studio, and neither have I. I didn't think she'd even be able to go through with it, but she kept saying all the way there that she was "turnt". I won't even pretend that I'm young and hip enough to understand that language, but I think she meant that she was excited. Leighton was her tattoo artist, and he was great at talking with us and asking her if she was ok during the process, and giving her specific instructions on aftercare for the next 5-7 days. He also gave her the ointment to use on it. Winner winner, chicken dinner! Right?!! Not to mention that my daughter left with a realistic, detailed bee, and it was EXACTLY what she wanted. Thanks be to Leighton, the man was phenomenal. The studio is extremely clean...even the bathroom. Everyone that worked there was very friendly, and I was glad I got to meet Roly.
