Icon has better hygiene standards than most doctors' offices I've been to. What rounds out what I like most about Icon is their balance between customer service friendliness and not suffering foolishness. I judge people based on their treatment of me and my personal experience with them. The eagle tattoo Charlie created on my husband was beyond our expectations and devastatingly beautiful perfection. She never took breaks unless my husband requested a cigarette or bathroom break. Her work performance, vitality, and endurance were very impressive. She stood on her feet tattooing for a total of 15 hours (2 days work) with little rest. She even refused repeatedly to take a cash tip from us, but we insisted and gave it to her. If anything, her exemplary workmanship and professionalism was beyond our satisfaction and high expectations. Her tattoo demanded a higher price than what she quoted us. I would have given her an additional $1,000 in cash IF I had an astronomical and consistent cash flow to show our appreciation and gratitude to Charlie's superb craftsmanship.
