As stated on their website Danelle is the artist doing walk ins so we just stopped in to see if she was available. She happened to be working on someone else but was available in an hour so we left and came back a little later. She was great! So nice and very informative. I have another tattoo so I was familiar with the process but she provided 2 difference sizes as well as some background info about what she thought would look best as it was a thin line tattoo and I wanted to see all the details. I'm super happy with my end result and would totally go back. The shop was also very very clean and the girls at the front desk were super nice as well! They seemed really happy that I mentioned I was from out of town as they usually just get locals but that also did make me feel more confirmed with my choice in knowing they seemed to have lots of reoccurring local customers. I was able to get scheduled for about 1.5 weeks later. I had initially thought of a different design and sent in two photos to essentially combine, and Eli both delivered exactly the requested design but also another that I ended up loving and choosing which was so exciting! Eli, and the nice guy at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. Was a very relaxing and comfortable experience. Highly recommend!

It's very important to me to have a positive experience with the artist when getting a tattoo because it's permanent and I don't want a bad memory on me forever. Nathan worked hard on the design and made the changes I requested without any ego, drama, or pressure. He's an incredible artist with many different styles of art available. The shop is super clean, organized, and covered in tattoo drawings from floor to ceiling so you're able to look at cool stuff to take your mind off the pain. The receptionist helped me book my appointment and Nathan kept the piece within my budget. Nathan pumped out my tat in two hours (!!!) and I'm so happy with it. A friend recommended Jason. I contacted him, explained my situation. He was replying to me after midnight via Messenger and came into work early the next day to fit me in. Possibly darker than used to working with the tattoo I got was supposed to be a It doesn't look anything like the picture I gave him the tattoo scabbed up. There was liquid coming the scabs however, thankfully it wasn't infected. The colors were awful during the tattoo. Michael took several smoke breaks not sure the purpose of that. I think it was quite disrespectful of my be the reason that the quality of the tattoo is very poor. Now I am forced to go and fly somewhere to get a cover-up done in South Carolina. The is amazing. The person who is supposedly over booking sessions has a bad attitude problem. And that turned me away immediately. I was trying to speak on the phone with an artist because I had questions about a tattoo that I was going to be getting which would cost me over $1200. But the only person I could talk to was Andrew because I guess he handles booking. He kept bringing up the fact that I had to pay a 100 deposit which is non refundable under any circumstances. But when I gave him my card twice he kept saying it wouldn't go through. So I said I'll try and come up there another day to pay the deposit in person. When I called today to try and speak with Justin, he told me he wasn't there and when I tried to ask Andrew the questions I had for Justin before I gave him any of my money that I can't get refunded, he stated " look man there's nothin I can discuss over the phone and Justin won't take your seriously anyway without a deposit" so when I said "well I guess I'll just hold o-"he immediately said "ok!" and hung up the phone in my face. This tells me that your not allowed to inquire about a tattoo before you pay a deposit. And not to mention how short he was with me. So I called back to let him know that you don't just hang up on customers and I will not be returning for a second tattoo. After I hung up he proceeded to call my phone multiple times and left a voicemail saying I need to learn how shops work. I know how shops work I have plenty of tattoos lol. He was just completely unprofessional and I've never experienced this at any of the other shops I've been to. $100 deposit for a tattoo I was paying 1200-1400 for. I'm very big on respect so this place has definitely lost at least one customer.

There was 4 of us wanting to get stuff so we called an hour ahead of time to make sure there'd be time for multiple tatts and custom work and was told yes. So we drove over there, called again from the parking lot to make sure, were told yes there's absolutely still time, paid for parking, got in the building and talked to the guy up front who basically said that there was *not* time for us to all get stuff. We had actually made sure there'd be time to do custom and that's where he said that basically they would only do flash for the rest of the day (which is not even close to what we were told on the phone). Lowkey felt embarrassed bc I had bragged on this place so much going into it but we ended up leaving and having a *fantastic* experience at a different shop that we've now made our go-to. Might've just been an off day or a new guy up front, but that was lowkey cringe.
