I highly recommend Art Immortal! They were very friendly and quick to get you in for piercings. Their piercer, Courtney, is THE BEST hands down. She's very knowledgeable of piercings, aftercare, and the anatomy of your desired place to be pierced. My friend got a double Tragus piercing that caused her to bleed, which drained in her ear and Courtney was so quick to assist in the clean up and ensure the blood was removed from the inner ear so hearing was restored without the feeling of having a clogged ear. I had my conch pierced, which caused me absolutely no pain and was done so quick I had to question if that was it! Lol We will definitely be back in the near future. read more

I wished I had gone somewhere else. I went in wanting a larger tattoo on my upper arm. I got talked out of it by the artist, didn't get what went in for, and ended up getting a smaller tattoo on my wrist, and unfortunately I'm not sure if I even like it. I'm not good at art so I was trying to get artistic input, I wanted something specific, I had pictures and wanted help making changes to personalize it, but every question I had about placement or size, was answered with a question. At a certain point, it wasn't helpful. I spent about six hours at the shop over a three inch basic simple tattoo. I even left for an hour after we talked and agreed, thinking he was going to be set up and ready when I got back, but I spent most of the time sitting around the shop. It was literally a three inch all day event. I've never had a bad tattoo experience but next time an artist makes me feel indecisive and stressed or can't give me artistic input, it's time to walk out and go somewhere else. I gave it two stars instead of one because the artists are super talented at shop, including dude that tattooed me, it just didn't work out for me and I wish I went somewhere else. read more

Customer service could be better. Usually love the shop but it sucks that when we went in for a flash event we weren't helped other than being greeted when we walked in and being shown the flash art. The place was clean and the girl signing people up at the front was nice. The artist that did my work was nice and professional. My only gripe is the guy in the pink bandanna. He didn't allow my boyfriend back(I can understand if that's just the policy but be nicer about it) and made a point to stare in his direction and laugh everytime he came in from smoking after every session he did. My boyfriend was not getting a tattoo and was just there for the moral support, but he was alienated because he wasn't there for one. There were several people there not getting one. Why weren't they made to feel bad? Just saying that it could have been handled with more maturity. read more

I went to Art Immortal for their Friday the 13th flash sale. The Facebook post advertising it only said first come, first serve and that they opened at 2pm. After waiting for 2 hours I finally got inside only for them to say that they had finished accepting people. They had a sign up sheet for only the first 100 people, which is fine but they didn't tell anyone they were only taking 100 so there were people lined up down the sidewalk who had no idea they were done accepting customers. If they were to do this sale again they would need much better communication and organization because it just isn't right to make people wait for hours in the heat without telling them they may not get a slot. The people who did come out with tattoos looked really nice but unfortunately many people didn't get the chance to get tattooed. read more

I went in for the flash sale tattoo, and the artist complained the whole time about having to tattoo me & my friend. The facebook post for the sale said that all tattoos would be between 1-3 inches and he gave me a 4.5 inch tattoo. He complained about flash tattoos taking too much time and too many needles, which I was confused about because they should just be easy line work. He gave me a completely detailed tattoo and did not ask me if i wanted any of the changes he added. While I was getting the tattoo, he was rude and would get mad if I accidentally moved my arm that he wasn't even tattooing. This was the worst of my tattoo experiences. read more

Ray Sorro rocked it today. My wife and I started the process of getting our first of many tattoos to come. We've been looking for an artist for the last 6 months and they've all fallen through. I walked in one day randomly and met Ray who was drawing some pretty sick Polynesian tattoos, something I'm a fan of. Anyways..we chatted and I told my wife we should go get our ring tats by him. We did..and he was great. As first timers it was nice to have someone who was honest with us, gave not only his opinion on our ideas but also utilized experience and stories to help us decide of what to get. Came in from California to visit family, and my 18 year old son has been wanting a tattoo. Was referred to Art Immortal by one of my mother's coworkers. I have to say they made the experience very pleasant. We all felt very welcomed and appreciated. Christina was an absolute pleasure, she took care of replacing some piercings for my mother and daughter. Short and sweet, I've been getting tattooed for 12 years ..... and this was the first time I've been treated like I was a burden. Issue number 1, my cousins and I walk in and the three artists (2 of which are sitting on the couch cruising YouTube) decide to argue over who is going to have to do our tattoo. From there the guy who was told it was his turn to tattoo started to sketch our idea (a small design that included three stars to represent Tennessee ) but once done we realized he hadn't added the star's .... and when we asked for them to be added to the steam he was confused and stated "I'm not from here, I just moved here from Ohio" and the dude on the couch jumped in stating "that's going to be bigger than a quarter size tattoo" a small back and forth took place between the guy on the couch (same guy that didn't want to do our tattoo's) and my cousin and at this point we realized nobody in here wanted our business, so we decided to take off. read more
