The store was clean organized and had a nice vibe. Layla helped us out with the piercing and everything went wonderfully. Layla had such an upbeat and friendly attitude. She walked me through the whole process and offered really great tips for caring for my new piercing. I had a chance to see her pierce a little girl prior to my piercing and I am impressed. The care and patience shown to the girl and her family was touching and no doubt made this potentially scary experience, fun and exciting. Layla did a great job, and I would recommend visiting this Claire's to see her and her team!

I'm writing this review two years after the fact due to recommendations from numerous people that…read morehave seen my tattoo. The shop was nice and clean, and the artist/owner Brandon was personable, professional, and polite. I explained in detail what I wanted to have done, and we agreed on a design. The outline looked good, and we were all set. The pain wasn't bad, but he really chewed up my skin. I ended up with a blurry, blue/black, tattoo, with wavy lines, and splotches. The lettering bled together, and it's borderline illegible. Everyone (including professionals) have told me to get laser removal, and a coverup done. Worst $250 I've ever spent. Long story short, nice guy, nice shop, but (at least my experience) not a skilled artist. Save your money, and go elsewhere. Also, see their work on actual people that can vouch for them. His portfolio looked great, but looking back I have doubts as to who's work it actually was.
