This super nice woman answered the phone and suggested that I change my toner cartridges to OEM first before I wasted my tine and money on something that needed only a simple fix. So nice. Then later she calls back and advised that I could probably buy a brand new laser printer that already comes with new cartridges for the same price of just replacing my cartridges on my ok'd printer.
